Annie Shah who works at Melbourne Airport is a star! Fantastic knowledge but even better service with no BS. Served us efficiently & effectively while also sorting out a number of other customers at the same time without fuss or pressure on us! Simply wonderful!

Annie at Flight Centre Tullamarine saved my entire trip. I made a huge mistake booking my own flights and not checking visa requirements. Annie went above and beyond to help me get to my destination. She even sat down with me at 8:20 and the store wasn’t scheduled to open until 9. I absolutely cannot thank her enough. What an absolute gem, she deserves a pay rise immediately!

I would like to give credit to Tina Barone for her assistance to book our trip 'On the Go Tour' to Egypt. She kept us well informed and took all the stress off us. I'm travelling with my daughter and was easy going with her too, through emails and over the phone. she helped us right through.
