back in Feb. 0f this year we booked return flights to Rome, travel insurance and some accommodation non refundable from flight Centre
] but due to the do not travel through the middle east advice from the Australian Gov. we decided to cancel and look for a later date we received most of our funds but when we asked for the accommodation funds refund or have it applied to a later date we were given a firm NO IT HAD BEEN BOOKED THROUGH A THIRD PARTY WHICH WE WERE NOT PRIVY TO ACCESS how ridiculous I WOULD NEVER use flight Centre again i will be taking this further and advise anyone booking from them to reconsider and use more helpful people
The staff that i went through were great to deal with its Flight Centre whom i consider to have unscrupulous rules and are criminals given that back in 2018 they were fined
$12.5 million by the ACCC let them deny that

We went into flight centre midland and Amelie couldn’t help us enough with our complex travel agenda. She was so professional and so easy to deal with . She organised our 6 flights to MELBOURNE,NZ, CANADA motorhomes,,HAWAII,And back home .. we left there so in awe of her ability to get our once in a lifetime holiday adventure. Can’t thank her enough :)

absolutely Brilliant in booking . It wasn’t that easy as we had two travelling only 1 return , so organising all that was something I couldn’t do on line , so decided to use flight centre. Wow saved me some money . and a lot of time .

Easy to book and know that you will be looked after leading up to a during the travel. We were provided with plenty of options to make it affordable yet making sure we get to the destination without too many lay overs and time sitting around. Very happy with our agent.

I have been in to see Sarah twice and she has been so helpful and a genuinely lovely caring person. She follows up and makes you feel important.

It was great to deal with Bec who was very helpful and efficient and was able to accommodate our family bookings and transfers. Our whole experience with Flight Centre and Bec was fantastic and the prompt response to any of our queries enabled us to make a quick and informed decision on our bookings.

I would like to say I have booked many trips overseas and within Australia with Jade Earl at midland flight centre. She goes beyond excellent when it comes to helping you with your booking. She is so easy to understand and always willing to suggest alternatives for you. Nothing is too hard for her and she always follows up after your holiday is over. We have always had a great holiday with no problems. Thank you Jade you are a gem.

My friend and I recently completed our once in a lifetime holiday taking in Scotland with a tour of the Highlands, a Travelmarvel cruise from Amsterdam to Budapest then in to Croatia. Planning was quite complex as we had a lot of extra hotel bookings and flights included.
We couldn't have asked for a better agent to organise all this for us than JADE EARL at Midland Flight Centre. Jade was absolutely amazing and helpful looking after every single detail and even managed to find us a special offer for business flights which were greatly appreciated by 2 mature ladies!
The only issues we had were created by an internal flight being cancelled last minute creating chaos for thousands of people but flight centre were on to it and sorted accommodation and rescheduled our flight for next day.
Thank you Jade, you are a true professional with a caring heart and we will always appreciate all you did for us.😀😘

Lucas Tan who we saw in the Midland Gate office was brilliant. He answered all of my questions no matter no silly I thought some were. Also gave us some helpful references to getting our I visa.

Sam was very polite and helpful.She explained thing so we could understand it. You have an excellent worker

I was able to see one of the staff without having to make an appointment.
He was able to answer all my questions and made suggestions to cater for my requirements.
Followed up with a call to verify deposit payment and booking confirmation.

Lucas Tan answered my phone call. He was friendly, engaging, professional, accommodating, and made the entire process easier.
Additionally, he was the same with his after sales service.
It was a pleasure dealing with him.
