Bailey was absolutely useless
Bailey was absolutely useless. Promised a lot and delivered nothing. I visited their store twice, called and was put on hold for 1 hour and 5 minutes. No response to emails. Stay away from FlightCentre Miranda as their service is absolutely useless.

We're sorry to hear you're not happy with your experience. We have reached out to the store, and understand you were looking to book components of a tour, but not the whole package, which can often be quite tricky as suppliers tend to not break up a package.

Stress-Free Travel Planning with Peter – Highly Recommend!
Peter (FC Miranda store) was fantastic to work with—professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive. He made planning our NYC and Tokyo trip completely seamless, tailoring every detail to suit our style. The whole experience was smooth, stress-free, and far exceeded our expectations. It is important that any packages (ie. Captains Pack) be discussed so as to allow the customer to make a choice and be invoiced accordingly.

I have booked many holidays through Bailey at Flight Centre Miranda and have always had the most professional service. Not only is Bailey very friendly, she also instils confidence in that she knows what she is doing and has a pretty good idea of what we are after which makes the whole process very easy and enjoyable.
