I made an appointment to discuss making a flight booking change with Kathleen Wong who was very knowledgeable and helpful. The booking was quickly and efficiently changed, and advice on my trip was very useful. I have made bookings before in Flight Centre North Sydney and staff are always helpful and efficient.

I had lost my faith in Flight Centre due to a poor past experience. But Chris Maxfield at the North Sydney changed that for me. He listened and shared his experience of Vietnam and booked us a family holiday. We are yet to embark on the holiday but the whole presales experience was amazing! Thank you Chris!
