Thank you to my travel consultant Trina Cooney. Trina always seems to do an exceptional job, in helping me over the past years, to find flights, accomodation and tours. I feel when I am with Trina, I have the absolute best in customer service and that I am in good hands with someone I can trust and who is knowledgable.

So far only part of our trip has been booked

My wife and I booked a trip cruising through Europe and Turkey with Jaime at Flight Centre Southland. She could not have been more helpful. She was reliable and nothing was too much trouble. Her suggestions for accomodation were spot on. I will make sure that when we travel again we will use Southland Flight Centre and especially Jaime who was really great.

Lovely staff member with a lot of patience and a whole lot of knowledge about our intended cruise. She explained everything to us every step of the way. This was for a cruise starting in Hawaii and ending in Sydney. We also had a fabulous staff member when we went to Ethiopia some time ago, for a wedding. All in all we are happy to visit Fligh tCentre over and over again.

Great and prompt response in my emergency situation needing a new flight route while on a long trip with stopover. Thank you Dan from southland store in Victoria!

Daniel Hills is a fabulous consultant. We've just booked our second trip with him. He is very knowledgeable and helpful and answers all our queries. He also has great suggestions on making our holiday more enjoyable.

The consultant was extremely helpful in organising Flights for our interstate trip. She was able to identify the best and cheapest flights within our timeframe. The whole exercise was seamless and she went through whole range options to ensure all bases were covered. Felt extremely confident of the advices and information she provided.
