Very helpful and knowledgeable about where we were traveling to.

I went in to the store to book a special I found online whole process went fine and a booking was made . When at night my wife was reading the fine print she found an error. Next day she emailed Jessica and she came back with a solution we were happy with. So quickly resolved no problems at all .

Jessica has arranged a number of flights and now a tour and accommodation in Canada for me. I have found her great to work with. She is professional, prompt and has made my life a lot easier reducing the stress of organising such a trip.

I had a complex travel requirements and Ebony was able to explore all options to help my situation in a friendly, transparent and efficient way. My travel arrangements were fully accomplished, done and dusted while I was there. Well done to Ebony and to the team. Highly recommended.

Kylie Hill was great. She helped solve any queries and always made time to speak with us. Strathpine flight centre is my go to place for any travel requirements.

The representative was friendly and helpful. Fortunately we had done our own research before attending the office as the representative was unaware of some of the travel options we had identified - and did not look for them until we raised the question. For instance, we had identified that Cathay Pacific had premium economy seats ex-Brisbane, but the representative initially told us the airline did not offer those seats. Make sure you have done your research.

We were assisted by Jessica Holdsworth and we found Jessica very helpful. Jessica was very patient with usas we chopped and changed a bit. I would recommend her to other people.
