Kylie Hill was great. She helped solve any queries and always made time to speak with us. Strathpine flight centre is my go to place for any travel requirements.

The representative was friendly and helpful. Fortunately we had done our own research before attending the office as the representative was unaware of some of the travel options we had identified - and did not look for them until we raised the question. For instance, we had identified that Cathay Pacific had premium economy seats ex-Brisbane, but the representative initially told us the airline did not offer those seats. Make sure you have done your research.

Hi Gary, thanks so much for sharing this feedback with us. We know our agents have a wealth of knowledge, and we also definitely acknowledge just how big the travel industry is, and unfortunately not every individual will be an expert on every supplier.
We were assisted by Jessica Holdsworth and we found Jessica very helpful. Jessica was very patient with usas we chopped and changed a bit. I would recommend her to other people.
