Michelle at Sydney International centre was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly, responsive, practical and incredibly helpful from the start.

We needed to organise a fairly complicated international itinerary for my son, including flights to Canada, a possible return through Seattle, baggage requirements, seat preferences, travel timing around sporting commitments and visa / entry requirements for both Canada and the US. Michelle understood exactly what we were trying to work through and came back with clear options very quickly.

She explained the fare rules, change fees, baggage issues and different flight options in a way that was easy to understand, which made the whole process much less stressful. She also helped clarify the visa / entry requirements and provided the correct links so I knew what needed to be organised and when.

I really appreciated how patient, thorough and practical she was. Nothing felt like too much trouble and she genuinely made me feel confident that my son would be looked after.

I would highly recommend Michelle to anyone needing travel support, especially for more complex bookings where you need someone experienced, calm and organised.

14.3.2026 Ms. Jayde Berry (from the Flight Center office at Sydney Airport) created tickets and specific seats for the Adelaide-Sydney-Shanghai-Budapest flight for me and my wife. It was a combination of Qantas + China Eastern Airlines. I myself had a problem securing tickets through China Eastern Airlines, as their website was not functional for me. Jayde Berry was very kind, willing and fulfilled all my related wishes with the creation and printing of tickets and specific seats. It was a great help for me, because at that time there was a problem with booking flights, due to problems with airports in the Middle East. Once again, many thanks for the care from Jayde Berry. I cannot recommend Nicole Henwood at Syd International Airport highly enough. She has helped me through two separate crisis situations - an emergency Visa and more recently the distress of flight changes transiting through Abu Dhabi. Both occasions have been incredibly stressful and overwhelming but she has handled them so professionally, providing much needed reassurance and advice. She has gone above and beyond. She is a phenomenal travel agent and deserves recognition for going that extra mile. Thank you Nicole!

We were in a crisis at Sydney airport , flight had been cancelled two days in a row . One of our party had to return to uk urgently to handle a house move . Second overseas trip now booked with Nicole from Flight Centre Sydney International airport. As someone who has been reluctant to hand over the reigns, I’m now a convert. Everything was easy; no more agonising over whether I’ve made the right choices; Nicole was responsive to my messages and very honest in her advice about getting the best deals.

I was stuck with a processing issue for my Visa to Vietnam and Nathan at flight centre did everything he could and more to get me on my trip. He was well spoken and very efficient. Couldn't recommend him more
