efficient, timely, helpful.

Emma at the Bega flight centre travel agency is very helpful. She has organised a few trips for us, she knows her holidays and was very helpful in organising our trip!! We stayed in a beautiful resort, transfers to and from were organised and she did all the insurance for us as well! Thanks Emma

I have dealt with Ryan Harvey for many years , he knows what I like and tries to make sure I get it and does not get flustered even if I change my mind several times

Booked a flight as a family of five, and paid $140 extra to choose our seats to ensure we were seated together.

When the check-in email came from the airline, we were separated, and in completely different parts of the plane. Flight Centre said there was nothing they could do about it. Virgin said they wouldn't help us cos we booked through Flight Centre.

Will not be using these guys again.

Staff member Marisa was very helpful, professional and took her time to listen and plan our flights, always putting our comfort first with layovers, not rushed or too long. Very happy with her service and communication after planning our flight itinerary.

Expert help with a smile

I initially booked via the web. Unfortunately we had to postpone our flights, due to my husband not being well.
When I tried to rebook via phone, I had 4 phone calls, was on hold for quite a while each time. Eventually all seemed great, until payment couldn't be processed. Advised to go to a physical Flight Centre store.
My interaction in store was amazing. Agent was extremely helpful & after sending an email & checking details via the website, my booking & payment was confirmed.
I will never book via the web or by phone ever again.
Face to face is the only option.

Candi was lovely and so very efficient in organizing our flights and tour to Cambodia. She kept us updated when our flights were delayed and liaised with the tour company to make sure they knew about the delay.

The staff at Kingston Tasmania are unbelievably supportive, friendly. Mechelle is friendly, unreal, kind, nothing is to much trouble, she knows her job, always gets me the best deals & advice. I have been going to her for years.

Rod provided lots of helpful, detailed information about flights, visa and other entry documents. He advised on ways to use my frequent flyer points for an upgrade. He worked hard to provide excellent service and was honest when I accidentally overpaid. Very happy with the outcome.

Cassandra at the Glen Waverley store is always excellent, responds to emails and books what i need very quickly. She has been booking my holidays for the last seven years.

My agent responds very quickly and always gives me choice of options. Even though he is on the opposite side of the country to me I feel like our correspondence is as if we were face to face.

We always book our holidays with Connie now at Mount Lawley. She always makes sure every last detail is checked, and that our holiday is enjoyable and worry free. From flights to hotel stays to our pick ups and drop off, even seating on the plane. We have and will always book with Connie and flight centre.
