I required flights to go to WA in October, and I met Billy, who was so helpful and even organised one night's accommodation for me. He knew what he was doing and was so polite and friendly, Thank you Billy.

Jade Thorpe was very friendly helpful and efficient. She also gave me a link for my Canadian ETA so that I did not pay more than I should.

Well the manager at carindale was very rude and we walked away thinking of just booking online. Could find the same tickets on you internet but cheaper. He just told us he was too busy to do anything. So basic go away.
Lucky we need to do some shopping at wynnum and stop in there. The lady there was amazing listen to us, helped us to find the right flights and she was so good we booked our flights with her even through the they cost more than the internet. She was just a great manager..if not needs to be one.a valuable asset to the company.
