Good friendly people

Justine has organised a number of trips for us in the last 18 months and I have always found her to be knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and responds to emails promptly. If you need a travel agent who ticks all the boxes get in contact with Justine.

The initial agent was inexperienced, which I was prepared to overlook, but she was not supported, leading me to have to spend more than I needed to. After over a month of no contact to my emails, I was told that she had resigned, but no one had followed up. What followed was me emailing, calling and having to go in store to have my trip finalised. I am very worried that parts of my trip won't be fully confirmed, as I had to ask for that to happen multiple times. I am an experienced traveller and am astounded that this branch a) allowed an inexperienced agent to work on what is and has been a very complicated trip and b) had no back up plan to deal with the resignation of this agent and the reassigning of her clients. I was ignored for weeks and staff only dealt with me when I went in store. This has happened over the last 6 months.

Anthony did a fantastic job with our booking. He listened to what we wanted to do, had some questions and suggestions and then set about sorting it all out. We were offered options and he clearly explained the itinerary and made sure we were satisfied.
