Terrible quality and worthless warranty
Terrible suitcases while looking decent do not stand the test of time or rigours of travel. They are not constructed well and break easily. The warranty that provided is next to worthless as the company do their level best to not accept any claims at all

I don't think I will be ordering from this company again
I ordered a Large bubble suitcase and a black multi zone adaptor from Flight Knight having ordered from the Company previously, sorry but what a nightmare !!! when the package arrived the box had several cuts in it and when opened the only thing protecting the suitcase was a very thin plastic bag, it turns out that the suitcase it self was a black bubble one but was the medium size not the large and the adaptor was not the one I ordered. This meant that I then had to contact the Company which can only be done by email (no phone number could be found) to get these 2 items returned, fair play to their Customer service who did answer my emails of which it took 15 back and forth between us to get this sorted out and once returned they did issue a refund.
Super Awesome luggage
It took a little while to receive this suitcase, but I knew when I ordered it after spending hours picking and sorting between all the different suitcases available on Amazon that this is exactly what I wanted. Iâm so excited when I got it. Itâs amazing! Itâs super lightweight. Really tough has locks and awesome USB storage zipper with external USB ports to charge on the go. I think Iâm most in love with the fact that it is exactly to the inch the biggest possible carry-on suitcase thatâs possible without getting charged extra. Itâs maximizing something that the airlines seem like they enjoy screwing us on. You will not be disappointed. This is awesome luggage.

Quickly Resolved
Would have given 5 stars if I had received what I had originally ordered. However, customer service responded to my online request and resolved it very quickly. The underseat cases look sturdy enough and looking forward to using them soon.

Wish I'd have looked online at reviews first - this company is awful; had proof DPD tampered with a parcel (although I didn't realize at the initial beginning, it was just DPD tape and thought this was normal) - one item that was supposed to be inside was missing, but I now believe they are lying - they never put it inside, and probably placed the tape themselves. 2 weeks and no refund, so I only got one item I paid for instead of 2. They keep denying responsibility when I ordered from THEM so never refunded/replaced, giving me no proof I can check myself with DPD with regarding any sort of claim or anything.

The suitcase feels sturdy and the material seems high quality. I also really like the design. It would be great if the wheels were removable, as that would make replacements much easier in case they get damaged.

The suitcase arrived in a damaged condition.
Initially, the company were slow to respond to my emails (2) advising them of the problem. That said, once contact was made, the response in dealing with the problem was quick and efficient.

Lucky they have one star. Ordered a suitcase and the wheel fell off on the first week of my 3 week trip so had to lug a 3 wheeled suitcase round.
Raised via Amazon and the customer services staff are so rude.
Demanding I go out and buy bubble wrap and cardboard to return their faulty item. Rude messages.
Advised it is my responsibility to ensure itâs returned safely and itâs my fault for disposing of packaging when I bought the suitcase 8 weeks ago. They have had pictures of the damage it makes more sense to tell people to get rid of it or use a collect and pack service.
Wouldnât buy of them again rude horrid company.
Poor quality for the price paid
Only buy your suitcase from this company if you are prepared for it to develop flaws after only a handful outings. Rubber on wheels shred without exceeding the permitted weight. Lining on the inside starts to come away. Customer service are not very helpful and even choose to ignore my complaint email. If you do buy from them do remember to register for the extra warranty as their cases are only good for a few uses.
Flight Knight transaction was easy
Flight Knight transaction was easy, the product is really good for a good price. The reason for the 3 stars is because I was given a delivery time slot on a particular day from the delivery company DPD which never happened. I had made arrangements to be available for the delivery but it never arrived and then was rescheduled for the following day. I was never updated directly and I had to track the parcel regularly to see where it was and when it was arriving which was promised right up until 5pm on the first day of delivery but then it wasnât. Terrible delivery service.
Avoid
I bought a set of 3 suitcases, within 2 uses two cases had broke, the handles just snap despite them being quite a bit under what they say the max weight is.
Obviously for us they are used once a year so they now say as its over a year its tough. I even asked could I pay for replacement handles so I dont have to bin cases that still should have plenty of use.
It takes weeks to get a response, I have to follow up multiple times to get a reply and each time they seem to ask pointless questions. They knew when my order was placed, yet asked for photos only to follow up with oh you you purchased over a year ago...so why ask for photos? Its just time wasting.
I would save your money and shop elsewhere.
False Advertising, Post-Sale Listing Manipulation, Refusal of A Return Label
I purchased a suitcase from Flight Knight's website on August 18th for £99.99. At the time of purchase, the item was listed as: 29" - 77 x 49 x 30 cm (All Parts) and 68.5 x 45 x 30 cm (Body). Weight: 5.2kg. Capacity: 92L. I went purely by the centimeters specification in my decision to purchase the item, as I have a poor affinity for inches and that form of measurement is frankly alien to me. Nonetheless, upon delivery on August 19th, I saw that the suitcase was nowhere near the specified 68.5 cm in height, and I measured it to verify this. I took the liberty of measuring from 1 cm upwards rather than 0 to allow for some leeway of curviture. The height from the base to the top (starting at the 1 cm mark) was 67.2 cm, therefore rendering the height as 66.2 cm when starting from the 0 cm mark. Either way, far from the advertised height and a false specification.
I notified Flight Knight by email that I would be returning the item since it is not fit for purpose and does not meet the dimensions advertised to me at the point of sale. I was told by Sadhbh that images were required with a measuring tape against the suitcase to prove my claim. I explained the urgency of the return to Sadhbh and advised that I would be returning it regardless, even if I had to initially pay for the return myself and seek reimbursement from Flight Knight later. I requested the address needed in order for me to return the item immediately. This was ignored and has since not addressed by any staff, despite the fact that I informed Sadhbh I will be overseas from next week and must get it returned immediately.
Furthermore, I discovered yesterday that Flight Knight has since removed the web page/item from their website, directly after I disputed the specifications in the listing and requested a return label. In addition, I also discovered that they created a new listing for the exact same suitcase but at a lower price of £84.99, listed now as 31" but retaining the exact same dimensions as the 29" I purchased. Flight Knight retrospectively altered the listing and tried to erase their mistake, while gaslighting me about the dimensions and refusing to provide a return label up front, instead making me wait and disrespecting my time and the urgency of the return.
I issued a formal written 'rejection of goods notice' to Flight Knight yesterday, as per my legal right, since they have violated section 11 and section 20 (7) of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 through 1. false advertising, and, 2. denying responsibility for the 'return of a faulty or misdescribed item.' I gave them 48 hours to issue the return label and advised that I will otherwise be returning it at my own expense and claiming the cost back, along with reporting the case to Trading Standards, filing a chargeback from my bank under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974, and reporting the case to the ASA for misleading advertising and post-sale manipulation of the purchased item's listing.
Despite this, Flight Knight has yet to acknowledge the matter and the issue remains unresolved. I do not have the return address and will be speaking to Trading Standards if I have not received the label by close of play tomorrow.
