THE customer service advisor Zoya did an amazing job. I didn't know about this travel agency. I was sceptical in the beginning but she convinced me and everything went well after. Keep up the good job.

Its my first time using a travelling agent, and I must say I was really scared not to be scammed, but talking with agent Henry Thomas was really reassuring, he was professional enough to calm my fears and my ticket was booked. I will definitely recommend anytime 👌

Elsa Jack is very kind and patient. She is a professional lady and goes extra mile to resolve issues.
Elsa helped me to buy a ticket for my brother at a reasonable cost.
Even when we changed the tickets at least 3 times, she was very patient and calm.
She deserves a 5*

I would like to give Henry a 5 star for his extra mile service,He is so calm and understanding with so much patience.After he organised tickets me and my sister we missed that flight bt instantly he was able to organise another flight for the next day at a very fair price he made sure that they were no mistakes at all we travelled well to and from he is one of the best people i ever dealt with thank you my brother from another mother.
