‎I am very disappointed with my experience with Flightways.

‎In December I paid a £100 deposit for a flight booking for travel on 3 January. I was given time to pay the remaining balance. After making the deposit, I was informed that the airline had increased the ticket price due to changes that I did not request or agree to.

‎Because of this unexpected increase, I was unable to continue with the booking and asked for my £100 deposit to be refunded. I only ever received a deposit confirmation and never received a ticket or booking reference.
‎
‎After posting a review previously, I received a phone call asking me to remove the review and was told that my refund would be processed by the end of February. I removed the review in good faith based on that assurance, the phone conversation available.
‎
‎Unfortunately, months have now passed since December and despite several follow-up emails and a final 7-day notice, I have not received the refund or any further response.
‎
‎I simply want the £100 deposit returned and a fair resolution to this matter.
‎
‎If this matter is resolved and my £100 deposit is returned, I will be happy to update this review accordingly.

It was an amazing experience with Tom ,he was patient and professional even when we changed dates and times of travel.
I strongly recommend everyone to get their tickets from flight ways

Tom Latham was magnificent very kind, polite and thorough. He sorted my flight to Nairobi to My satisfaction. I was meant to depart from Gatwick which is very far from my home, Tom was able to find even a better option, I was able to get a flight from Heathrow, and that is what I wanted.

Mr Tom was very helpful all through the transaction. He was calm and answered all my questions and inquiries to details. His customer care is top notch. I will recommend him to any persons that need his service any time any day .

Tom Latham is the best airline personnel that has assisted in the last 2 years. I am always coming back to him for my airlines booking. Tom is super polite, calm and able to explain for you to understand and directs you to what is best for you.i am happy I met him

My experience with Flights Way Ltd was glorious. The booking was made easy and their staff was accommodative and ready any time I needed the service. They provided good prices and easy information and thus made my travel arrangements a lot easier. All was done on a professional level and my travelling arrangements were to the latter. I would also refer Flights Way Ltd to anybody who requires efficient services in terms of flight booking.

I had a very horrible experience with this company and NO this is not just about me but that is how they operate from what I later found out and judging from the reviews I have read here.
At first they would give you a good deal to attract you and then manipulate you in the most unsuspecting way.
I initially got a good deal from them or so I thought. I was asked to make a deposit of £80 to make the reservation which I paid immediately. They told me deadline for payment was 6/11/ 2025 which was exactly 7days to my departure. I asked if I could complete payment earlier to get my tickets. They informed me that it was possible I only needed to request for a new payment link. 2 weeks later which was in October I demanded for link to make complete payment so my ticket could be issued. But They declined saying the airline would only issue ticket 6/11/2025. This made me worried and suspicious but I was still patient and calm because of their reassurance. 6/11/2025 I called again for link. They told me they were still waiting for information from the airline. At about 8pm they called me to tell me there was a problem with my return date as the airline would not be operating on that day and wanted me to change my date and also use a connecting flight that would require a transit Visa. Even though from the first contact I made it clear I only wanted a direct flight. I told Then it was too late to change my dates as I already made other plans. I felt something was off so I contacted the airline directly to ask if they would not be operating on my arrival date. They airline confirmed operating and requested for my reference number to confirm my reservation but I had none. I asked Them for reference but they could not provide one rather he claimed it had been cancelled. Apparently they never made any reservation.
Yes the employee was calm all through tried to manipulate me against my wish to change my date and even requested for more payments. I told him I was not going to change my date and still be made to make extra payments which was not what we agreed on. If airline cancels your booking they make alternative arrangements at no extra cost to the passenger. After several back and forth with no real progress as They were bent on frustrating and obtaining more money from me I had to book another flight directly from the airline on my proposed date. I was waiting to return before writing this review to confirm if the airline would cancel as They had said as according to him he had information which the airline was not even aware of. And yes I eventually traveled using the same flight that they claimed would not operate.

This behavior is not only unprofessional but deceitful. Customers deserve transparency, respect, and honesty when booking flights, none of which this company provided. I strongly advise anyone considering them to look elsewhere. Save yourself the stress, hidden charges, and broken promises.
Now they don't want to refund my £80 claiming it is non refundable deposit. Very fraudulent company.

Flights Way, in particular Tom Latham, came highly recommended by my sister in law whom he helped sort out tickets for flight to Lagos. Although the flight we reserved were not issued, it was the airline fault so would not fault flight way. Following that issue, Tom came to the rescue spending time with me to get the right ticket (even though it was a bit more), but I trust he got us (3 passengers
) the best deal and I also get compensated for the issue with the first tickets. So overall it was a good experience and I would definitely call on Tom again for future travels.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very Frustrating and Disappointing Experience with FlightsWay Limited

I am extremely disappointed with the way Flight Way Limited has handled my situation. I paid a £150 deposit, and despite reaching out to them countless times by phone and email, they have refused to return my money.

This experience has been incredibly stressful and frustrating, especially as I needed that deposit to buy food and essentials for my children. I have been more than patient, yet all I’ve received are excuses and delays, with no real effort to resolve the issue.

It’s very upsetting to be treated this way after trusting the company with my money. The lack of communication, accountability, and empathy from their side is completely unacceptable.

I would strongly warn others to think twice before booking with Flights Way Limited. My experience has shown that they are unreliable and unhelpful, and they do not seem to care about the impact their actions have on customers and their families.

All I wanted was a fair and honest refund of my own money — instead, I’ve been left disappointed and disheartened.
