My father is a soldier, he was returning from the front in Ukraine and due to false reports of mines, he was kept at the border for two hours. Because of this, he did not have time to catch the bus, which was booked three hours before departure. I went into the application before departure, but I was not able to get a refund or change the bus to another one. I called the line, also before departure, and they told me that they would not refund the money. My father has been risking his life every day for 4 years for the sake of peace in Europe and they are doing this to him, they cannot simply change the bus to another one from the same company, although it will not bring any losses to the company

Uglavnom nula bodova, prevarantska firma koja koristi umjetnu inteligenciju za generirane odgovore naravno laÅŸne, frustrirajuÄe. Prema njihovoj app bus zavrÅ¡io na skroz drugoj liniji.

Very bad service. Horrible. I was waiting for the bus in advance at Warszawa Zachodnia. I was looking it everywhere couple times. It did not come at the proper time, then I guess when it came it wait couple minutes and departure. I lost money because of drivers false or whoever false. I'm very dissapointed. Co gorsza, kierowca innego FlixBusa zapewniÅ mnie, ÅŒe mój autobus jeszcze nie odjechaÅ, przez co w zaufaniu do pracownika kupiÅem bilet online. OkazaÅo siÄ, ÅŒe autokar dawno uciekÅ, a ja zostaÅem w nocy sam na dworcu, zmuszony szukaÄ alternatywnego transportu. ObsÅuga klienta zwróciÅa co prawda pieniÄ dze za bilet, ale za bÅÄ d swojego pracownika, zÅamanie rozkÅadu jazdy i gigantyczny stres nie zaoferowali nawet gÅupiego vouchera przeprosinowego ("nie moÅŒemy przyznawaÄ voucherów"). Zero szacunku dla czasu i nerwów pasaÅŒera. Nie polecam.

I am writing this to warn other travelers about the unprofessional refund process and terrible customer service of Flixbus.
I cancelled 3 tickets in late 2025. While 2 were refunded, the 3rd one (79 EUR) has been missing for months. Despite constant communication since the end of 2025, Flixbus is intentionally stalling the process.
Here is the summary of their negligence:
⢠False Claims: They first claimed the money was sent. I proved with official Santander Bank statements that it never arrived.
⢠Stalling Tactics: On Jan 20, they asked for "more time" to review my documents. I followed up on Feb 4, and they have completely ignored my emails since then.
⢠Lack of Transparency: My bank specifically requested a "Confirmation of Transfer" document from Flixbus to track the missing money. Flixbus refuses to provide this document or even reply to the request.
⢠Ignoring Student Rights: I am an Erasmus student here, and they are fully aware that my program is ending and I am returning to Turkey on February 13th. Despite knowing my limited time and situation, they have gone silent, clearly hoping I will give up on my 79 EUR after I leave Poland.
It is unacceptable for a global company to "lose" a student's money and then stop responding when provided with legal proof. I am sharing this on all platforms to ensure others are aware of their tactics.
Flixbus, I demand the official transaction confirmation or my immediate refund!

N1210 night bus Warsaw to gdynia had no toilet paper in wc. Water tap valve not working and water flowing constantly. Absolutely pathetic "service". There is only kurwa and perdole in Poland. Miserable swines.

Nie jest to fer, ÅŒe dany przewoźnik ma tolerancjÄ spóźnienia autobusu do 2 h, a my pasaÅŒerowie takowej nie mamy. SpóźniÅam siÄ 5 min, a autokar odjechaÅ zostawiajÄ c mnie z kwitkiem. WedÅug aplikacji byÅam obecna w autokarze, szkoda, ze kierowca musi zeskanowaÄ mój bilet, potwierdzajÄ c mojÄ obecnoÅÄ... Jako staÅy klient nie odzyskaÅam pieniÄdzy, straciÅam przejazd, a takÅŒe zostaÅam bez transportu o godzinie 22 na lotnisku. W zwiÄ zku z tym, nie polecam danego przewoźnika, bo jego polityka prywatnoÅci dziaÅa w jednÄ stronÄ.

W poÅudnie sprawdziÅem aplikacjÄ FlixBus, ÅŒeby siÄ upewniÄ, ÅŒe wszystko jest w porzÄ
dku â kurs widniaÅ jako aktualny. PrzyjechaliÅmy na dworzec okoÅo póŠgodziny wczeÅniej. Ludzie zaczÄli siÄ schodziÄ, czekaliÅmy w mrozie (ok. â6°C)⊠Autobusu nie ma. ZbliÅŒa siÄ 21:00 â i szok: okazuje siÄ, ÅŒe kurs zostaÅ przesuniÄty na godzinÄ 19:15, o czym nikt nie poinformowaÅ!
Zero powiadomienia w aplikacji, brak SMS-a, e-maila, czegokolwiek. Nie ma moÅŒliwoÅci kontaktu â infolinia FlixBus dziaÅa tylko w dni robocze do 20:00. PróbowaÅem zapytaÄ kierowcy innego autobusu FlixBusa, czy moÅŒe coÅ pomóc â niestety zero zainteresowania, zbywajÄ
ca odpowiedź.
W mrozie, z dzieÄmi, zestresowani i zmarzniÄci â zostaliÅmy bez transportu, bez noclegu, bez jakiejkolwiek pomocy ze strony przewoźnika. Do domu mieliÅmy 1000 km. UdaÅo siÄ nam wydostaÄ z Zakopanego dopiero ok 24 godziny,róŌnymi Årodkami transportu (pociÄ
g, autobusy), w podróŌy ÅÄ
cznie okoÅo 20 godzin.
To byÅa dramatyczna sytuacja i ogromne rozczarowanie. Firma o takiej skali powinna zapewniÄ rzetelnÄ
informacjÄ o zmianach kursów oraz realne wsparcie dla pasaÅŒerów w kryzysowych sytuacjach.
Po tym doÅwiadczeniu straciÅem zaufanie do FlixBusa i zdecydowanie nie polecam tej firmy rodzinom z dzieÄmi ani nikomu, kto liczy na punktualnoÅÄ i odpowiedzialnoÅÄ przewoźnika.
Szkodliwa polityka zwrotów pieniÄdzy
Nie wiem czy bardziej da siÄ utrudniÄ zwrot pieniÄdzy za przejazd. Szczególnie, ÅŒe próbuje otrzymaÄ zwrot z ich winy (opóźnienie przejazdu). WystarczyÅby przycisk w aplikacji albo na stronie ale najwidoczniej to nie korzystne dla firmy i wolÄ
to utrudniÄ.
Daje 2 nie 1 bo mimo wysokich cen jednak jakoÅÄ autobusów jest dobra.
Ale podejÅcie zwrotów konkretnie anty konsumenckie.

10 minut. Zaproponowana przesiadka to ÅŒart i to nie Åmieszny, muszÄ czekaÄ na dworcu 6 godzin i mieÄ kolejna przesiadkÄ w Berlinie. Z 13 godzinnej podróŌy zrobiÅa siÄ 20 godzinna. OBSÅUGA KLIENTA TRAGICZNA, na czacie nie moÅŒna siÄ z nikim dogadaÄ, odpowiadajÄ

30 minutes before the departure of the race (Krakow-Zakopane), I was informed that the bus was 150 minutes late. I was automatically booked on a race that was leaving in 2 hours even though there was a bus that was leaving in less than an hour. I cancelled this reservation, being penalized with 80% of the amount.
If I could, I would have given them a star corner.
