Not delivered to my address, told it was delivered to a business, and showing me an image of a domestic door. No real answer to what we do after parting with money. I will take my business elsewhere. Mobile number that is not answered for customer support, or lack of it as it maybe. JOKE COMPANY DO NOT USE. i HAVE TRIED TO RESOLVE I GUESS I WILL CONTACT TRADING STANDARDS INSTEAD.

Absolutely love these shoes! They’re so good I’m already getting a second pair. On top of that, the customer service team is amazing—super helpful and quick to respond.

My order still not arrived ordered on 27th Dec .
They message back saying theyll be hete soon, but no joy as yet!!. Im hoping I get my money back if not delivered ?

ordered some Ugg taz shoes and just received them they are amazing quality and I also got a fab pair of socks that go perfectly with them the order was swift considering it was near Christmas and I was kept updated with the tracking all the way through it will not be my last order already got my eye on my next purchase

Ok it’s a long experience. Ordered Ugg platform slippers on the 7th December and arrived 23rd December. I was wondering if they would eventually come as the tracking no I had did not match up with Evri. A few emails back and forth and they turned up today. I am absolutely delighted with the quality of them. They are true to size and fit perfectly. Would have given 5* had they arrived quicker.

I have received my item. Very pleased with them it is a Christmas present so I’m not sure if they fit properly obviously but recommended.

I’ve order a pair not knowing if it will turn up, and for my surprise it did turned up, a pair of Uggs absolutely beautiful!! I’ll order for mum as well I absolutely love it!! Thank you so much

Fake Uggs, ordered sandals in a 5 arrived 3 weeks later, to small more like a size 4. No return address so emailed several times before receiving reply saying i could pay extra 25.00 pounds, they will send me slippers and I can keep the sandals .... that don't fit what a joke. Don't buy from this company they are not based in UK

Ordered trainers that are completely fake, as confirmed by the Adidas store.

Items came from China, this is not a UK based company.

Refusing to refund, either £25 to send back to China or 30% discount. Neither is appealing for counterfeit goods!!

Warning, don't be fooled by the London UK contact address. Their terms of service states that they are governed by Canadian not UK consumer law.

I bought a pair of Size 6 Ugg sandals, unfortunately they were too small. After lots of emails to Flomera they confirmed that if I want a refund its going to cost me £25 to return them to China or i can keep them and they will refund me 40%. What a joke! What a scam! Funny how these details aren't included on the return procedure on line

I ordered a pair of shoes and they were supplied in the wrong size. If I want them replaced I need to pay another £22 and if I want a refund, I have to pay to send the item back. I have to pay for a Flomera error.

UPDATE** And now they have responded to my review below with inaccurate and rude response.

I ordered a 5.5 and was supplied a 5. Nothing wrong with my sight or feet - the error was entirely theirs. The offers to correct did not include a replacement and return without this having any cost to me despite it being their error.

I did finally get a full refund (along with postage) so I think they do accept the error. But as you can see, the are hard work and really rude. No defamation there. :-)

don't buy from this site. it states 30 days returns but when you want to return they then tell you you have to send back to China at the cost of £25. yet the label on the delivery bag had a return to the UK. yes they gave me a refund of 40% of my package but what's the point when the bloody shoes don't fit.

I bought the Ugg slippers and they took approx 3 weeks to arrive, I ordered a 6 but they were extremely small fitting for my feet so I got in touch and asked about returns and exchanges, they were really helpful and advised if I had someone I could give them too I could buy the second larger pair for only £22 (absolute bargain) so I did and they arrived with 2 weeks and for like a glove, the quality is fantastic and look genuine enough to me, I’m not like all the other Karens moaning about them being fake, they probably are for the price you pay but like I say I can’t tell and would definitely recommend them to anyone

Fabulous products at a really affordable price. They are so comfortable and cosy that I have purchased another pair!

Update 29 March. Received goods. These are definitely not genuine UGGs. They have a very high smell of chemicals, probably terrible for your skin and health. I have again requested a refund and have not had any reply. If you like fraud and supporting companies that are ripping off genuine brands, this is the company for you. Good luck explaining this to your friends and family and justifying why lying is ok. I ordered some UGG slippers from a link my wife sent me for her birthday. When the slippers didn't turn up, I called - no response. I sent an email - no response. I checked the tracking information - still "in transit". Then I dug further, the shipping company is Chinese. These are undoubtly not genuine UGGs. This company would appear to be passing off fake UGG slippers as genuine UGG slippers. It would appear to be blatant fraud. I'm commencing a charge back through my bank based on the fact that the goods are not as advertised.

I was dubious about buying from a site I saw on Instagram, but thought it was worth trying out for the price. Excellent product and came really quickly (I had read quite a few reviews about long delivery times and lack of ability to track, but I think most of those were over the Christmas period when you’d expect there to be delays). Came with a free pair of socks and was delivered within ten days.

I have bought 3 pairs of slippers now and I love them all. Delivery was quick, quality is fab and the free socks are an added bonus. Highly recommend Flomera *****

Definitely won't be ordering from this company again. I was inundated with adverts on Facebook so I checked them out and saw that they are a UK company which gave me peace of mind to buy from them !
It has been at least 6 weeks now and I have had no receipt, no order number or anything!
I have contacted them today but I really don't hold out much hope.

Never again will I order from these companies on Facebook who spoil it for everyone else !!

So far I am not overly impressed with the service provided and there is a lot of misinformation given on the website. The website advises different delivery times depending on which part of the website you're on, they say 5-10 or 8-12 or 8-13 working days, so which is it? I am now on working day 20 and no sign of my order. The tracking information given is useless and doesn't really explain where my parcel is, apparently it's still in transit a week on, where about in transit, who knows? I even paid extra for express shipping but there has been nothing express about the service provided. The tracking information is also informing me that I have ordered chestnut size 3 boots but this is not what I ordered, therefore I hope they are correct when they do actually arrive. Hopefully I get them soon before it gets too warm to actually wear them.

Edit: What, you mean my FAKE Uggs? Yeah I got those... Eventually. Delivery took 6 weeks, a big difference to the 5-10 no sorry the 8-12, or is it 8-13 working days as stated in numerous different places on your website? I really think you need to look up the word Defamation, because nowhere in my original review is this present, your statement on the other hand is the exact definition. It's quite sad really that you're coming on here calling out all the negative reviews, which are all saying the same and telling the truth. You are not based in the UK, well you may be registered in the UK but your stock definitely comes from China. You even admitted this to me on my chase up email. You used the delay at customs as the excuse as to why my order was so late. I'm sure trading standards would be interested in knowing where your counterfeit products come from. Anyway this is something that happened near 6 months ago so not understanding why this has only just hit a nerve with you, I'm guessing all your lying and BSing has caught up with you.
