Although the uggs take a few weeks to come through the quality of this product makes it worth it. Great materials, warm and cosy. So much so I've ordered another pair!

Took from 28th of December till 16 th of Jan to arrive but guess it was a busy time ..
Thrilled with them though and my daughter is really happy with them too
Will definitely use this company again .

Came to try and update my original review. Although my initial experience was poor the UGG Tazz slippers arrived in time for Christmas and both my daughters were over the moon.
I will definitely order again,

Ordered Uggs for my daughter for Xmas. Ordered them on 10th December and it said they were ready to ship that day. We are now on the 24th December and still no sign. After numerous emails and no help and then eventually getting ignored the status is still saying what it's been saying the last 2 weeks. Royal mail ....we're expecting it. 🙄😡 I am so disappointed as this was one of my main daughters Xmas presents. They have been extremely unhelpful. Terrible company

Ordered on 11th Dec. Tracking updated here and there. Was worrying they wouldn't come for xmas. 22nd Dec tracking said in uk and passed custom checks. 23rd Dec with postal delivery. Then this morning at 8am 23rd Dec royal mail delivered the parcel. I was so happy that they have come for xmas. The uggs are amazing quality and fit. Came with free ugg socks. Thank you so much Flomera x would defo buy again

I ordered a pair of Ugg Tasman slippers on the 30th of November for a Christmas present for my daughter and they haven’t arrived. If they had advertised that my order was coming from a foreign country and that it wasn’t going to be delivered in time for Christmas I would never have ordered from them. Very disappointing.

We came across Flomera looking for Ugg slippers for my daughters Christmas present , then ended up ordering Ugg slippers and Ugg trainers .. we initially had a issue with the trainers being out of stock but flomera contacted me straightaway to solve the issue and we ended up ordering a different colour , the delivery for the slippers arrived within a satisfactory time scale , however the trainers have just arrived from the order placed at the start of November, simply down to the delay at me not responding to their email ,
the customer service was really good and answered emails straight away even on wkends … tracking the order was spot on and can’t complain … in a nutshell we will definitely reorder from this company again , uggs are amazing , and even received free Ugg socks in each order . Just remember that delivery is not straight away and will take awhile depending on I suppose what you order

Thanks again and can’t wait to see our daughter face on Christmas morning . 👍

Update …… Jan 2025

After my initial review above you can see that I’ve been very happy , with what was bought and the service when contacting them via email , however my view about this company has changed … DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! The slippers are still spot on as if just bought and have kept shape no complaints , however the trainers after initial good review have failed , the laces loop has come away from the trainer after the my daughter wore them for the first time the other day for 3 hrs , Flomera will NOT entertain this and have said they are out of the return or refund policy of 30 days , so we are left with a £75 pair of trainers that my daughter can not wear which clearly does not meet a satisfactory standard for that cost … to say the least I’m not very happy … they claim to supply high quality products but don’t back it up with a confident return policy if the product you have bought developed a fault after 30days ..

Basically it’s my view stay well clear of this place and pay the extra for real stuff , you could be facing disappointment!!

Omg 6 and 5 months after my update on the review of the company they have actually responded with a response regarding delivery and tracking … well if you actually READ my review you can see that I actually did not have a issue with delivery , my review was simply based on my experience dealing with you as a company and the products you supply. This just confirms your customer service is a joke and a shambles , it’s taken this long to respond Says it all

So once again the slippers as I have said are spot on and still to this day are being worn , but the trainers have never been worn due to the lace loop snapping after wearing them 3 hrs , your customer service is laughable

So yes I still say deal with this company at your own risk , if you think paying £75 for trainers that broke after 3 hours of normal wear is acceptable then yes you deserve a bad review for the way you fobbed me off ,

And on that if you can’t accept a bad review and deal with it in a manner that you should, that alone says what type of company you really are .

It’s my view only that I’m entitled to have … BUY OFF THIS COMPANY T YOUR OWN RISK IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM THEY WILL EITHER IGNORE YOU OR FOB YOU OFF .

This is a review website that gives people the opportunity to express views on what experiences that have had with companies and my experience with you was fine at the start but failed when I had a problem with the product your supplied ! After all it’s up to customers to make up their own minds .

I ordered Uggs tazz slippers on 29th Nov well in advanced for Christmas. Took a while to be delivered but finally arrived for Christmas. Happy with my purchase and got a free pair of uggs socks with my order too. Good communication with customers service,will order again.

Absolute shocking company. Tracking not updated since 10th dec . Email back saying its on its way . English company but coming from god knows where??
Dont ever order from instagram 🤦‍♀️

Ugg slippers still not arrived and still
showing in transit. There'll be one disappointed girl Christmas day.
They respond to emails but with the same jargon and no resolution . Take it all back.
They've arrived in time for Christmas and they're fantastic, exceptional value

Ordered Ugg slippers early December. Still not arrived. Tracking information has not been updated since Dec 9th. They now tell me the item is out of stock and may take up to 14 days to arrive? They were in stock when I ordered. Do yours self a favour and order from elsewhere! Especially if it’s a Christmas gift. Happy to take you money though

I ordered my Uggs .they cane with a special touch with a pair off Ugg socks .the Uggs are so comfy and warm .il be ordering another pair after Xmas.
