It’s taken me a week or so to get to my second home where the basement has flooded in the past. Followed all the instructions but as not flooded currently poured a bucket of water into the sump. Pump started as expected, drained the water and then stopped. On showing the pump to my wife it didn’t work even doing everything exactly the same. The pump was on but not pumping. After moving the pump about and holding it to one side it drained as expected. Did I do something wrong??? Your pump looks and sounds good and did a good job for the first time but not the second. Suggestions please. Thank you.

Suggest you use a different delivery partner than DHL as my next day delivery (Friday) is now Monday. Be quicker to bail the flood out with a spoon. Can’t comment on the pump itself until I receive it!! I have to add that this is entirely the fault of DHL; the order was fulfilled swiftly and passed to DHL promptly. Unfortunate that this has caused an issue for the supplier but I can only comment on my experience of the whole service which includes the delivery.

The advice provided by Tammy Fowkes was excellent. In an exchange of emails she was able to assess our requirements and identify a choice of two pumps she thought would be suitable. We chose the SP2.4 which we ordered and has since been delivered. About to set it up.

I like the product. I'm not sure the clips have enough adjustment to firmly clip to frame but I think it will be suitable for at least one of my doors. I shall order another soon at a different size.

The parcel delivery service wasn't very good. It was misrouted and until the last few hours I had no idea when it would arrive as tracking wasn't reliable until this time.

Admin and logistics generally ok and product arrived on time and works well but your system appears to have been an inadequate revision of software from the US and is low on usability and friendliness. In the end I gave up and telephoned my order - my call was well handled..

There were two sides of documentation which appear to have been Chinese and put through an automatic translator with your logo added. What I could understand seemed sensible but parts of it seemed like the ravings of a maniac. Had you proof read it yourselves?
With a product price of well over £100 you should be able to produce comprehensive, clear documentation
with more detailed information on use. Jamming it onto two sides with a rather small font may save money but is not user friendly.

Everything good with this company I have had dealings with them before they are very caring with Thier customers which counts for a lot these days, have not tested may pump yet but sure everything will be okay they will look after me if not.

Good service next day delivery the Puddle Pump removes nearly all the shallow water build up in my cellar due to excess rainfall.

Please send me a paper receipt by post for the RS-32EA pump, and hose, I bought from you last week. I need this to show to the local town council (Stowmarket) so I can be reimbursed by them for this purchase. I have no printer at present so must have a paper receipt please. My husband and I were flooded out three times (12 inches of water) in our home, a converted barn, where we live, during last winter. I am 85, my husband is 93 and disabled in both mind and body, and we have been advised what actions to take to alleviate future floods.

After 2 winters of flooding in the garden, numerous talks with the builder and drainage people, I stumbled across affordable puddle pumps online. This is exactly what I need to transfer the excess rainwater from the lowest point into the nearest drain, and has finally put an end to bailing!! Good advice when I ordered, fast delivery and it works - yay.
