I have used this company three times so far and on each occasions I have been offered help and advice, which as an elderly pensioner, was very important to me.

ordered and paid for a new pump on next day delivery but was advised on day of delivery that something went wrong and so would be delivered the day after. wrote and requested a discount for the reason i then had to hire a pump and was told no discount as out of their hands. told it is now dispatched and so when it arrives send it back!

I cannot express how pleased I am with this product. I was fortunate enough to see it advertised on YouTube, until then I had no knowledge of puddle pumps & their uses. I ordered the pump with hose on Tuesday, which included next day delivery via DHL and come Wednesday afternoon it was in operation. An absolute gem, very quiet and functions brilliantly. Fast and efficient value for money

The phone system was next to useless. I had to revert to email in order to ask questions prior to purchase and despite requesting a phone call I only got email replies which failed to comprehend my concerns.
