Could not rate higher because as yet order not yet completed, waiting delivery

We had issues with getting the carpet we originally ordered for. Martin helped us getting the an alternative carpet within budget and is actually better quality. He pointed out that we should order the cuts separately for each room to make it more manageable when it arrives. He was very communicative and coordinative throughout the ordering process which I find very rare now days.

Originally called up to check stock and was told they had a decent amount so the order shouldn’t be a problem. Placed order 10 days ago and hadn’t heard anything since. Chased them up and they sheepishly called back to apologise, they don’t have stock and won’t be here for another two weeks! So unhelpful

Highly recommend this company. Carpet half the price of the high street retailer (exact same carpet). Easy online ordering and 10/10 communication from the sales team.

I got the same carpet at half the price of a local retailer, delivered on the day that was arranged. No problem.

great quality Lino- really decent at a decent price- £30 delivery is steep though and must cost them business- kept informed all the way and love the quality

Martin Allen dealt with our large order. He was extremely knowledgable and asked questions and pointed things out that none of the regular carpet shops pointed out. The price was amazing , the ordering made super simple by martins guidance and the delivery was speedy . I would highly recommend them.

A good system which works well. Prices are way lower than the major carpet stores which is always welcome! Martin was in touch very soon after the order to confirm a delivery date. I did ring with a query before I put in the order which was handled quickly and competently giving me confidence to make the order.

I got my carpet and laminated flooring ordered from Flooringmegastore, the process of purchase went absolutley smooth but the delivery was a nightmare. They have been changing the delivery date up to three ocassions and when we received it, a single man from the delivery company had to deal with a 120kg 4 metres carpet. Unfortunately he could not handle it and with my help we had to leave it outside under the rain.

Could only give 3 stars which is a shame as Martin who dealt with my purchase was very professional. However my delivery was awful, booked in for Monday, didn’t arrive. Re-scheduled for Tuesday didn’t arrive. Re-scheduled for Friday, but when I arrived home on Wednesday my carpet was lying on my drive in the rain!!!
When carpet was being laid the fitter showed me that the carpet was actually damaged, ( crease all the way across middle )
Luckily he was able to hide the problem.
Overall price was fantastic, but delivery company are letting you down, or maybe I was just unlucky.

Speedy friendly advice, cut out the hard sales nonsense in the flooring superstores, bagging me a saving of over £750!

Recently bought vinyl flooring for my bathroom. Extremely pleased with the quality and it looks lovely. Martin from the sales team was very helpful and informative and had the delivery booked in promptly. Very good service overall.

Was kept informed of order from start to finish that came on time and was well packed and as described

I have just ordered and received our carpet and underlay which arrived today (about four weeks after ordering) , the quality of the carpet is great and the underlay is nice and thick. We ordered just under a metre more than we needed and had enough to do our hallway which is a great bonus. The communication with the store was fantastic. So thank you. 5 stars *****

Website easy to navigate and find the vinyl we wanted and the price was under half of what we were quoted by a prominent retailer in "their sale"! Delivery was, as promised, today and no problems but until I can get the vinyl fitted in our kitchen I cannot comment further as yet.

Good online service and used the chat facility which was helpful.
Slightly down side was I tried to create an account without success and asked for a sample of vinyl flooring. The sample came from the parent company - but they sent me the wring sample which is not your fault but probably worthwhile knowing. The online price was great.
