Easy process and good communication. Delivery as expected.

Rang company as I needed a couple of queries answering before I placed my order online. Staff responded quickly with the answers and Martin was very helpful checking I had all the info I needed and that I knew what to put on the order form and to phone back if I had any problems. He notified me the next day that the order would be delivered the following week and gave me all the details,so very fast and efficient, great customer service.The lino arrived and looked just as it did online and it was alot cheaper from flooring Megastore than it was at Tapi and CarpetRight so definitely good value for money!Thank you. Would recommend and use again.

Helpful and polite staff on phone (Aedan and Martin). Called back quickly with answers to questions I’d raised. Delivery organised as promised with lead times. Flooring not arrived yet but very happy so far 😊

Carpet delivered. Gets laid later this week but don’t expect anything to be wrong with it. It was delayed a wee bit as waiting on stock but Martin at flooring mega store kept me well informed and was very helpful. Can’t beat the price we paid anywhere and on my experience would recommend them highly.

Carpet delivered 4 days late and then forgot to pack the underlay. Still waiting for refund for underlay and expected refund for delivery charge but they did not come back to me about that. Poor service. Happy with carpet quality though.

The representative we spoke to was friendly, professional and very helpful and answered our questions in a clear way. He was also helped us place our order online as we aren't very computer literate. He also gave us the number to ring to arrange delivery.
A first class service and greatly appreciated by people in their 80's. Thank you for employing such caring and helpful staff.

Delivery delayed and no detail of rescheduling delivery

Impeccable comms throughout -honest and knowledgeable advice from a guy called Martin around which carpet to choose - best price out there. They delivered when they said they would-comms spot on, again. On the day, my fitter had not turned up to meet the driver as I had arranged but driver still brought two giant rolls of carpet up an icy pathway to our hall. So kind. Can’t fault them. :)

Wish I would have known about this place sooner, brilliant prices and most important to me is brilliant customer service. Martin was the guy I spoke to and he was so helpful as I was going on about the bad service I’d just had at another carpet store,but he listened patiently and didn’t rush me off he was so helpful in answering my questions. Alright you do have to get someone to fit it and bring it into your home, but hey,the savings you make on the same vinyl and carpets is amazing. Anyway so glad I found them but Martin made it so much easier.

The carpet I was looking to buy was an amazing price £9.99 sq metre compared to carpetright at £21.99 sq metre for the same product. I placed my order and everything was confirmed by Martin the next day. Sadly I had to cancel this due to the kerbside delivery. I have absolutely no way of lifting a 20 sq metre piece of carpet into my home and my son in law wouldn’t be able to guarantee being about unless a definite delivery day could be given. Martin did say it would probably be the 2nd but may possibly be the 5th as delivery guys don’t guarantee a definite day. Due to this I had no option but to cancel. Martin was lovely, I have to say that and my money was returned to me within 5 working days. Gutted I had to pay a lot more for the same product but delivery is guaranteed and fitted. If only they could work with a better delivery service as kerbside is unworkable for a lot of people.
