Beware of phoning this company
The initial sales person was Jack who was very helpful and sent out the samples we required promptly. The second time we called we spoke to a different sales person who kept us talking for quite a long time - in fact until we were cut off.
Until then I was not aware that the number I had called was a premium number and was costing me money. Fortunately I have a cap on additional spend, but nevertheless I am £20 out of pocket.
The number was advertised in a banner at the top of the homepage saying “call us on this number” with no warning that it was in fact an expensive premium number.
I cannot therefore recommend this company and I will be looking elsewhere for my flooring.

Terrible - Would Never Use Again
Ordered and paid for a sample, but never received it. Terrible customer care and clearly no interest in making a sale. Avoid at all costs.

I can see we spoke with you at the start of the week as the sample had not arrived. We then dispatched another sample the same day. Due to your postcode it will take a few days longer and is due to be delivered today.
They made it right
Did not receive samples. Jack kindly refunded the fee as I no longer needed them. Good service

I wanted a barrel, not a tub if you send me a small tub which cannot complete the floor not very happy and I wanted a light grey barrel to finish the floor, unfortunately you sent me a small, very small tub

The samples were nice colour wise
The samples were ok colour wise , but unfortunately thickness is a bit too much . I am looking for 8-10 cms thickness in same colours, if you have them please arrange samples to be sent to me please. Thks

Floor Monster has good service, with helpful staff and prompt deliveries. Samples arrived quickly, and communication was clear. While I’ve had positive experiences ordering, there's room for improvement to make the process perfect. Overall, a decent company for flooring needs.
