I am going to complain about the product quality. I bought same product a year ago and and then quality was much better. Have pictures to prove it. Now the product is getting damage when holding it in hands. The laminate is caming off. Plus the delivery came damaged. Replied with to your email with 5 different pictures of the damages. Looking forward to hear from you. I have sent another email and still no reply

Have only ordered samples & am yet to make up my mind but speed of service was fantastic & correspondence was good.....no pressure to buy, which I think indicates they know the samples will sell themselves.
