Intet hørt fra dem, dog modtog jeg en mail i går, at nu kan jeg forvente at varerne kommer om 3 uger, selv om de lovede at varerne kom 8-14 dage efter bestilling.
Hvordan varerne ser ud, når og hvis de ankommer vides ikke. Vil aldrig købe hos firmaet igen. Aldrig

Jag beställde en klänning till ett speciellt tillfälle. Den kom för sent, väldigt lååååånga leveranstider. därför ville jag returnera. Otroligt svårt att få kontakt med företaget. Via Klarna lyckades jag stoppa fakturan och maila Floryday. Returprocessen tog också lååååång tid, och det slutade med att jag betalade 138,- i avgift. Orkade inte bråka om det. Är företaget med i Postorderföreningen...? Varning! Handla inte av dessa!

Mycket dålig kvalité och ändå säte service. Aldrig mer handla här.

My wife ordered four dresses from this company as the pictures looked very nice, just what she wanted for summer, she was informed that one of the dresses was out of stock even though they accepted the order. they sent a refund to PayPal but it was £2.00 less than the amount paid when ordered. The remaining dresses took four weeks to arrive but they were all far too large, (about 6" to wide) even though she ordered the small size. Problems were then encountered when she tried to return the goods it took several attempts to even locate her order her account stated she had not purchased anything therefore she could not return a non-existent order. After several emails she eventually was given an offer of a discount if she kept the dresses or a coupon to spend on any future orders, she declined the offer & requested a return. Eventually, after about 10 emails she was able to print off a post office return label at a cost of £3.00 off the refundable amount. All this took a period of several weeks but she did get back part of the money but "only part". The dresses cost a total of £52.66 plus £10 delivery & insurance which was not refundable but they worked it out at £49.31 for the dresses as they deducted a coupon value of £5.50 & the £3.00 return postage So she only got back a total of £42.52. I think she should have received £52.66 less £3.00 postage (£48.66). Reading the other reviews perhaps she was lucky to get any refund at all.
It would appear this company use sharp practices to recoup as much money as they can & delay as long as they are able. The quality of the material is poor, the manufacture is shoddy & the sizing of the clothes are incorrect. She will never attempt to purchase any goods from this company and warns others who are thinking of doing so not to take the risk they will be very disappointed & end up out of pocket.

Bought a few thing lovely prints but fairly cheap material. Tops and dresses OK but avoid trousers sizing all over the place bought small even though I'm not tiny and about 3 sizes too big.

Går inte att returnera , får bara länkar som är kopplade till att bli ny kund. Kan inte gå in och skriva ut retur flr att inget köp finns registrerat. Måste betala frakten själv , blir nog billigast att behålla kläderna. Aldrig mer floryday😡 De svarar bara med standard svar som inte leder någonstans!

Bad idea ever
I order two pairs of shoes and the shoes are like paper and very light I can tear the material with my hands won’t shop there again.

Commande conforme aux photos. Les pulls sont très doux. Plus important encore le tableau des tailles correspond bien, pas de mauvaise surprise lorsqu on se fie aux mensurations. Seul regret m dernière commande est arrivée avant les deux autres précédemment commandées.

Ich habe hier 2 Pullover bestellt. der erste ist viel zu groß und kostet bei Ali Express gerade mal 5 €. Also was will man verlangen? Das Schlimmste ist aber der Kundenservice. Der ist nämlich gleich null. Also alles zurück schicken, wenn man die Ware aus China überhaupt bekommt und Account löschen!!!!

Det står på hemsidan och deras kundtjänst säger att tull och avgifter nästan aldrig tillkommer - det är ett skämt då både tull, avgifter och ev moms tillkommer om varan inte skickas från EU...
Jag är glad att jag tittade här först - jag kommer inte handla av detta företag

Har aldrig upplevt denna sortens skojarföretag tidigare.
Jag handlade för att det kändes tryggt att betala via KLARNA. Kollade ej recensioner eftersom jag alltid litat på Klarna (inte längre). Jag har tidigare uppfattat som att Klarna bara hade seriösa företag som klienter. Nu är Floryday.se borttagen - men det här är samma företag
Floryday anger fel storlekar på sina kläder, hemska material, en dragkedja var trasig. Dessutom mycket dyr frakt (dyrare än vad jag betalde vid returen).
Blev erbjuden rabatt - inte intresserad.
Därefter skickade de retursedlar som inte gick att använda etc. etc. Klarna hänvisade till Säljaren - Postnord hänvisade till Säljare - tog ca 2 månader innan jag fick klara besked från Klarna.
Hur många orkar tjafsa och har tid????
Enligt Klarna ska jag stå för frakten kostade 265:- Dessutom betala Florydays frakt 274:-
När Floryday fått allt tillbaka - så ska köparen (alltså jag stå för frakterna.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My mum ordered £64 of clothes none fit. I’ve been trying to help Mum return them but get messages asking us to accept a discount instead of returning. Asked again to return as the discount is unacceptable. Just get a message stating to sign in to the account used to buy and follow instruction on there but it doesn’t lead anywhere just takes you to new discounts for buying more. DONT BUY FROM THEM ITS A CON!

Do NOT use this company - I returned my goods and they refunded £20 less than I paid for the items which were all poor standard hence returning them.

Do not use Floraday my 82 year old mum ordered 3 blouses with my help they didny fit.

So strangely they tell you to email them and they will advise where how to return.i did this 10 Times their scam is they dont reply once they have your money that's it . They are fraudulent in not hindering their T & c's...I eventually sent the items with covering letter to one of there uk warehouses signed for recorded.NO Response.Ive reported them to facebook and trustpilot and paypal . I have eventually had a response from someone in Spanish!!!!. .And I will be posting them on facebook so we get this company closed down. It's quite a slick scam if you think about it but Dont use them

REFUSING TO REFUND ME EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE RECEIVED MY RETURNED ITEMS. KEEP SAYING THEY HAVE SENT IT BUT THE HAVENT. THEY THINK I WILL JUST TIRE OF ASKING BUT I WONT. THEY OWE ME 200 EUROS

Do not use this company the after service is poor. It is made very difficult to get a refund. You cannot speak to anyone and it feels like to respknces you get are computerised. I am still waiting for my money back.

Just been give a coupon for a refund of £11 thy said it was valid for a year, but when I tried to use it found
It expires on the 20th of this month and I have to spend
£110 . Very disappointed would not use this company again very shoody goods

ich versuche seit wochen eine retouradresse zu bekommen (so wie es bei Zalando ist) aber erfolglos
sie geben dir nur Gutscheine ab und das wars.
oder selber nach China versenden ca.50 euro versand,die spinnen doch.
Nach langem recherschen habe ich eine Adresse gefunden und zwar nach Belgien das wird mir ca. 10 euro kosten hoffe ich !!

I have learnt now to beware any company who do not put their address and phone number on their web site. It is my opinion thats this company also use other names but selling the same rubbish. Ordered over £70 of clothes. Nothing like the pictures which intimate cotton or linen. Rubbish quality and refused to refund. They have a forwarding address (Unknown) from the UK one which was on their package but then denied that address. The post office were brilliant and gave a part refund. Glad I sent the clothes by recorded delivery. Beware and stay clear unless you see a bona fide UK address on their site. This is becoming all too common.
