Ordered five dresses. Two fit. The other three were were sized way off. Thin materal

Awful quality and impossible to return items! All the links relating to ‘returns’ end up corrupting or lead no where, appalling. Do not order anything from this company!

BAD BAD BAD avoid this company!!!! Further to my previous review dated 14th July2020 Floraday reported me to Trustpilot saying I had not bought from them. My review was temporarily taken down until I furnished Trustpilot with evidence if my purchase. Floraday are a dishonest, untrustworthy and deceitful company who supply VERY POOR QUALITY GOODS for which it is IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A REFUND!

Don't buy from this dodgy company. Orderderd 6 items based on the lovely photos on Facebook adverts. Delivery was late 16 days rather than the 6-8 days stated. Only one of the items was true to size. Quality of materials was poor. They make it impossible to return items. Chinese based company

für Rückversand wird auch noch eine zusätzliche Gebühr verlangt, Qualität schlecht... kommt halt aus China...

I would rather not give any star to Floryday. I purchased 5 items on 21 June 2020 (order number 027126013611) and paid for expedited shipping (delivery promised 3-6 days). 18 days later nothing has arrived nor been shipped. No explanation other than they’re busy and each time I check the site says expect the items to be shipped in 5-7 days. This is unacceptable and misleading service.

The alleged items arrived on 16 July 2020. They are of poor quality and not of linen, as indicated on the website. One photo on the website appears to have been updated since I made my purchase. In fairness, the sandals are as indicated and I’m pleased with these. I’m debating whether or not to return the dresses.

Företaget är inte seriöst. Hjälpte min mor att beställa. Tyget angavs vara linné och var syntet. Storleken stämde inte alls med europeisk standard.

Vi försökte retunera. Det gick inte att komma i kontakt med företaget via telefon eller mejl. Det fungerade inte heller att göra anmälan på sidan. Till slut lyckades jag få fram ett meddelande. Inget svar på två veckor.

I got 2 blouses from then i ordered 2 cotton tops size 18 ladies they came size 12 i was nylon so i had to return my god what a carry on so for those of you that are struggling returns go to

Poor quality, expected much better quality for the prices. Sizes way too big, and I ordered small.

VERY POOR QUALITY AND NOT ABLE TO RETURN AS THE RETURN FORM DOESN'T WORK.

Ich habe 2 Kleider in gleicher Größe bestellt. Sehr lange auf die Ware gewartet und als es endlich kam, musste ich feststellen, dass die Kleider überhaupt nicht passen. Beide Größe M aber eins zu klein, das andere viel zu groß. Stoff - keine Baumwolle sonder dünnes Kunstfaser. Ich habe gerade versucht den Rückschein zu beantragen. Zuerst habe ich gelesen, dass ich innerhalb der 24 Stunden einen Rückschein per Email bekomme damit ich die Ware innerhalb der 14 Tagen zurücksenden kann. Die Email kam sofort und mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass ich erst nach 14 tagen die Firma kontaktieren sollte und erst dann die Ware zurück senden sollte. Aber "wegen Corona" kann alles länger dauern. Und wegen Hochsaison wird sich die Firma nicht schnell melden können. Ich bin stinkt sauer. Hätte ich gewusst, dass die Ware aus China kommt, hätte ich die nicht bestellt. Aus Erfahrung weiß ich, dass man die Empfehlung bekommt, die Ware auf eigene Kosten nach China zu schicken und man nie das Geld zurückbekommt. Also Hände weg von der Firma.

I don't agree with the poor reviews with my experience. This company may have taken the criticism to heart and made some changes in quality, etc. The top I received from them came on time and is just as beautiful as presented. I will be ordering again and hope that it goes as well the second time.

Ordered shoes back in March still not arrived, got on to helpline twice and all they say is be patient. Will never use this use seller again. They take money under false pretences. Rob Dogs.

I certainly wish I had gone to trust pilot.com before I ordered the dress. I have been waiting since May 8 for someone to resolve the problem. They’re very quick to take your money, and then they disappear. The tracking number I received is said to be invalid . I then went to USPS and now they’re saying it is still sitting in New Jersey! I’ve written three complaints to the company of which they send me back the very same message. I would like to receive my dressed or get a full refund, but after reading some of these complaints I think my money was just thrown into the sky! So disappointed, I love the dress, in the picture. People are going to continually get scammed by this company.

J'ai mis une étoile car obligée pour donner un avis.
Je suis très déçue, aucun suivi client, aucune réponse concernant ma commande. Au vu des avis, je suis très inquiète, j'ai commandé pour 230 €. J'espère ne pas avoir été "alléchée" par des remises qui ne le sont pas vraiment. Et selon bcp d'avis les articles sont de très mauvaise qualité. Je me pose beaucoup de questions.

I ordered a pair of shoes for my wife. They were allegedly reduced by 90% from £169.93. There was no way in creation that they were ever worth that price ..in fact not even worth the discounted price.
Took over 3 weeks to arrive and they were too small.
I have now had the devil of a job trying to find out where to return them...2 weeks on & 5 emails and I still have no idea where to send them.
Looks like we are stuck with a worthless pair of shoes.
Please avoid this bunch of chancers.

Totalt useriøst firma. Købte en bluse og fik en lang nederdel. Umuligt at kontakte og gøre dem opmærksom på de har lavet en fejl, og bliver kun forslået at returnere varen og betale fragt 49 kr igen. Eneste mulighed for ikke at få flere ærgelser over dette firma er at få 56 kr tilbage efter at have betalt 167 kr for ingenting.

Rubbish do not touch with a barge pole.
Cheap badly made shoes and no way to refund without going mad.

First and last time I buy anything from Floraday, the jumper I ordered looked great on the internet, but looks really cheap, I paid over £30 for something not worth £10, they also charged over £5 for postage plus 85p insurance, a real cone, should have looked at the reviews before ordering.
