I got my Cotton Floral Long Sleeve Midi Shift Dress and Stuff is outstanding with the elegant look. Up to my expectations :) They always Rocks with best from the Rest.

Ich habe einen Mantel bestellt und bin 100 % sicher ,
dass das nicht der Mantel auf dem Bild ist , sondern ein billiger Lumpen. Um ihn zurück zu senden, mußte ich Fotos von dem Produkt schicken , den Aufkleber des Paketes senden und eine Kopie der Rechnung, die gar nicht mitgeliefert wurde.

Und das alles in englischer Sprache.
Bis jetzt habe ich noch keine Rücksendungsbestätigung.

hallo ich habe auch bei floraday 2 blusen bestellt da aber die Lieferzeit mir etwas lang vorkam habe ich mich im netz umgesehen und auch viele negative Kommentare gelesen und ich habe mir keine Hoffnung mehr gemacht überhaut was zubekommen heute am 3.8.2019 kam das Paket mit den zwei blusen meine frau packte das Paket aus und war zufrieden mit dem Stoff und der Passform ich habe am 24.7.2019 bestellt und heute bekommen ich kann mich nicht beklagen über die Firma floraday.mfg

Utroværdigt firma - hold dig langt væk. De tre kjoler jeg modtog svarer ikke til bilederne på hjemmesiden. Hverken i detaljer eller stof. Og de var alt for store. Det lykkedes dog at få fat i dem efter lidt besvær. Nu vil jeg forsøge at returnere dem og håber at jeg kan få mine penge tilbage.

Vor einigen Wochen habe ich für mehrere Artikel, Gesamtwert 98 Euro, bei Floryday ordnungsgemäß einen Rücksendeschein beantragt, da Ware falsch beschrieben bzw. Material von schlechter Qualität war. Bis heute 10. August 2019 habe ich keinen Retourenschein bekommen und habe viel Geld dadurch verloren. Die gehen bei Floryday mit betrügerischen Methoden vor.
Ich kann jedem raten, Vorsicht vor dieser Betrugsfirma, nichts bestellen. Man kann nichts zurückschicken. Rücksendeschein wird nicht verschickt...
Möchte hiermit alle warnen, fallt nicht auf Floryday herein❗️❗️❗️

ich habe bei floriday Ware bestellt, am 25.6. bezahlt und bis heute, 18.7. nicht bekommen. Bestellnummer 021947047171. Nach dieser Erfahrung werde ich nie wieder bei floriday bestellen.

Dress was a gift. The package was the right size but the actual dress was a different/wrong size. Wouldnt allow return. Great!

Et utroværdigt firma med dårlige produkter! Lover pengene retur med du kan aldrig komme i kontakt med dem og holder ikke hvad de lover! Pengene spildt undgå det firma!!!!!!

Stay away from this company, shipping costs are high, time to arrive is longer than any other site on the internet today.. although it comes across a English or American site it’s in CHINA .. if you do buy anything read the small print, especially on the shipping times.

To be honest not even worth 1 star!!

BEWARE DON'T BUY

The returns policy is rediculous, and I would seriously consider not buying from this company !

I have had to contact the customer service team ( who don't have a telephone number) on a archaic chat system, which cuts out all the time, because they provide no phone number. Then when I did get through Im told that they don't have don't have access to the return address to return, I am now having to wait for an email in order to return it, I was told would arrive within 24 hours but warned as it may go into my junk. This is ridiculously unprofessional and completely ludicrous that the lady on the chat hasn't got access to the return address, why is it not just on the jiffy bag it came in ??

Seriously think twice about buying from this company !

I will never be buying anything again from them.

I ordered a dress which was just as I expected but was way too big. I tried to retuning but this was not easy. I was eventually contacted and offered a full refund and to keep the dress. I have now received the refund. Thank you

Floraday are very helpful with sales but it is very difficult to return items. The process is very complicated and time consuming involving having to email them at least twice in order return the items and get a refund.

Took a long time between order and receiving goods. Very pleased with one item but other item I wouldn't buy if I tried on in the shops but after spending £10 on postage I was reluctant to spend more money sending it back as it only cost £19 in the first place. I won't use again as postage too expensive and no free returns and took about 1 month for delivery.

I received my dress and am happy with order and the help you gave me to find my confirmation and get my order to me, thank you for all your help. SHEILA Beiter

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I was tempted into buying clothes which I cancelled but have now had to proceed via my bank as I have not been refunded. This scam company should be taken to court for the amount of fraudulent transactions it has processed.

Hatte was für meine Mutter dort bestellt und angeblich hat man 14 tage zeit die bestellung zurück zuschicken. jedoch warte ich jetzt die ganze zeit auf meine retourenadresse und morgen läuft der 14. tage ab und somit werde ich es dann auch nicht mehr zurück schicken können. kann leider nicht empfehlen hier zu bestellen. alles sehr umständlich und auf meine 76€ werde ich jetzt wahrscheinlich sitzen bleiben weil ich die retourenadresse wahrscheinlich Zuspät bekommen werde oder garnicht

Ordered an item from Florady which was never received. It was shipped via Yodel who claim it was delivered and left in front of my house. Neither Floraday nor Yodel will take responsibility. Extremely poor service on all levels

Hold nu op hvor er jeg blevet taget ved næsen. Købte 3 stk skjorter som var alt for store. Pengene blev hævet straks og jeg modtog skjorterne 1 månede senere. Da jeg vil retunerer dem skulle de sendes Belgien hvilket koster fra 300 kr og opefter. Hvis de overhovede retuner pengene til mig er det ikke samme beløb som jeg har betalt. HOLD JER LANGT VÆK
