Ordered a floor model chair from Floridian Brand at a show. A different chair was delivered 5 weeks later, no explanation. I contacted my rep, was only then told that the one we ordered was damaged. I requested a replacement, the one we got was a different model and totally different company and I couldn’t find any details on it. They replaced it with a scuffed up model of the one I did order, that stank of pot for days, as well as the lower cushion smelt like poop, assuming it was previously used while naked. A few weeks later they replaced the seat cushion, I would have preferred they replace all cushions. My home again stank of pot. I would’ve returned it after the first mix up, but my husband insisted on keeping it. It’s a lot of money wasted for something I will never use, so I definitely recommend any other company than this one.

Had chair for 5 yrs and it’s still working fine. So I recommend to anyone. Had a problem with the first chair upon arrival, which was replaced immediately.

The chair works trigger point lower back and hip and do my neck good recommend!

From the first tryout, I was already impressed with the Legend 6D. I was sold by the fact it was equipped with the decompression mode. After having it t home and using it daily, I am definitely confident that I made the right purchase. I am also impressed with the controls, both voice and screen-touch modes.

I've owned two high-quality Japanese massage chairs—Panasonic and Inada—for the past 10 years. As a Navy veteran, I've experienced my share of back issues, including herniated discs and sciatica, so I know the value of real relief.

That said, the Legend massage chair is by far the best chair I've ever tried or owned. The stretch function, in particular, is incredible—truly a game-changer for managing pain and improving comfort.

The delivery team was also top-notch. They were careful, respectful, and took great care while setting everything up in our home.

The Tru massage chair was outstanding!!! It help with my sore feet and tight back. I recommend the Tru massage chair to anyone who has problems with there feet and back.

This chair is the best massage chair I've ever tried. It has so many great features. The stretch that it gives and point based massage for problem areas. I sat down with pain in some areas and it helped relieve them. Also, the feet and ankle massage is top tier. I would recommend to everyone!!

The titan chair was amazing. The zero gravity and all the massage features are awesome. I like that it adjusts for my height. Absolutely love the chair.

I purchased the Royal Shell massage chair from Floridian and enjoyed it for about two years before it unfortunately broke. While the chair itself was excellent and setup was easy, my initial experience with customer service was extremely frustrating. I had to deal with several unhelpful representatives who gave poor communication, broken promises of callbacks, and no real solutions. I was constantly the one having to follow up.

Eventually, Ganzy and Jaxson took over my case — and that’s when things finally turned around. Recognizing all the trouble I had gone through, they decided to offer me an upgrade to the Pioneer 4D rather than attempting another repair. Throughout their handling of the situation, they kept me informed with regular calls and clear updates.

We absolutely love the new chair, and I truly appreciate Ganzy and Jaxson’s professionalism and effort in making things right after a difficult process. Thank you again, Ganzy and Jaxson, for stepping up and taking care of everything.

I have tried the legend chair 2 times now. This chair is phenomenal for stretching and message. I have chronic back problems and this chair is fantastic!

Hands down the best massage. Being a nurse on my feet for 12 hours, the legend chair gives me the stretch and decompression in my spine I need without having to go to a chiropractor. And the fact that you get a full massage - arms, legs, feet, neck, etc. amazing.

This chair has improved my day miraculously. I am a vendor at the show and this chair helped me through.
