Item was as advertised, international shipment arrived as expected. Recommended

We got two different masseguns from SKG. One have been working perfect for years while the other one just broke down 2 times within days and the other within 2 months. Battery just dies.

Both me and my sister was promised a small gift when giving them a review but never recived them and stopped answering us. This is 2 months later. Unserious company. Not worth the price you pay and customer service is unpredictable.

Not sure how to feal about the experience. Been reciveving good service first but then ignored. Some of the massageguns i used have been good while other been breaking down just after days or some months.

Good product line.

I’ve been using the SKG neck massager since 2024 and absolutely love it. I've just received the back pillow massager today and it’s nice. Great quality, affordable and very nice. I’m looking forward to seeing a version for legs in the future

Honestly shocked by the power of this massager. I use it strictly after hitting upper body at the gym. Loosens up my stiff neck and traps like magic.

SKG is an awesome company. Their customer service is excellent and give lots of details for the product. Their massager are the best of the market. For example the eye massager is excellent eith high quality of manufacturing. The neck massager G7 pro fold has great different function such as heat, vibration, diffident massage modes.

Their products are unique in the market and a sign of extremely great quality.

As I said, and more importantly, its a company focused on technology and well being with a visionary approach and their customer service is excellent, thanks Edward.

The product is extremely subpar and just does weak little vibrations. Worst part is they don’t answer your emails when you try to return. Avoid

I bought this massager for my husband but I use it as well. We use it almost every day for recovery. Besides it is very light so our arm doesnt get tired when holding it. We use it while watching tv. I recomand it.

A lifesaver after my shifts. My neck gets so tight, but this massager sorts itt out quick. Also looks pretty sleek sitting on my desk, feels expensive.

sitting at a desk all day is rough on my posture. honestly, the tension in my shoulders and neck drops noticeably after i use this. feels super relaxing. definitely good if you're stuckk in a chair for hours.

Total lifesaver! Dealing with daily aches sucks and this neck massager was exactly what I needed.

I can’t get my order on time it’s like delay a month.

Its been more then a week they havent even shipped my order the told me after purchase within 48hours they will ship it. But the customer service is full ai replied. Totally a horrible experience and a lier company. I wouldn’t recommend

Update: neither they arranged dedicated customer support IT IS STILL AI REPLIED MAILS!! Also my order says its delivered and its been a week. No one updates me with anything! i did not received my order but its says delivered….also they did not compensate as well

Finally my order arrived. It took a month to arrive! Product seem really good arrived in good condition. But still waiting for compensation product as they promised.

Terrible experience shopping with your brand. I placed my order on November 20. SGK Charged money but I get it nothing. Many email sent no results.

It has been one & half month, the order was never delivered. Having a hard time trying get my refund. Horrible!!!

I have ordered and NOT received. No response to the emails. It's a scam. Do not trust them do not send any money.

I ordered the foldable neck massager as a Thanksgiving surprise for my wife. I asked if they could speed up shipping, and Grace was incredible! She sorted it out immediately, and it arrived in just three days. Fantastic service.
