After a wonderful experience working with Robert over 3 years ago to buy a massage chair, he blew me away again with his level of commitment to customer satisfaction. After having a mishap with the chair, Robert sent out his best technician, Brandon, to resolve the issue. By sent out, I mean flew Brandon out from Florida to Northeast Wisconsin to resolve the issue, for free!!!

Rebel was very comfortable and very soothing

First, we love our chair. I was worried about getting service if anything went wrong since we didn’t buy at a store but at the manatee county fair.
About one year after we bought it would not power up. Turns out we had a power surge and didn’t have a surge suppressor and the circuit board shorted. Carlos, the service guy was great and chair was fixed under warranty. 5 star service after the sale says more about the company than a great chair.

The grand galaxy Massage Chair is a game changer! It's like having a personal masseuse. The chair targets all the right spots, and the music feature is a nice touch. It's perfect for unwinding after a long day of work. The zero-gravity feature feels like you're floating in space. It's a bit pricey, but worth every penny for the relaxation it brings. I bet after a long day in the marketing world, you'd love sinking into this chair!!!!

Carlos and Felix did an awesome job maneuvering our chair into our front door to find they couldn't get it any further into the house. So they did a quick disassembly and reassembled it in the destination room before we could even blink an eye. Started it up and tested it and gave us our tutorial and that was it. We love the chair so far and can't wait to make it part of our daily regimen. Thank you Floridian Brand for everything.

I was working at the fair in lake city and I was interested in the massage chairs and they are awesome and I would recommend getting one. I truly believe I’m going to talk my husband into getting one I love it.

We are extremely glad that we saw these massage chairs at the Home Show. After trying it out, we just have to get one (Galaxy model). It is well made, comfortable, different functions and we can have our massages anytime of the day. I used to go to massages once every 3 weeks, now this chair pays for itself and conveniently accessible in the comfort of my own home. I highly recommended it if you are looking for a well-made massage chair. Service is top of the line too.

I really enjoyed purchasing this chair from the beginning with Molly at the fair selling it to me all the way to the two men that installed it. Geo and Ron were fantastic movers and we're willing to help me with anything I needed to get it in my house. They gave me a full review of the chair and never had a problem of me asking questions. I tried the chair in the store and the sales person was extremely patient. I must have tried every setting the chair had. After almost an hour trying out the chair and trying to talk myself out of spending that kind of money, we’ll let’s just say I have the chair in my home and it was worth every penny I paid for it. I did get the high end model and do not regret it. Don’t get me wrong the lower end models were good but they got better with succession. My family loves the chair and it gets used a lot. Thanks to Florida Brand my back feels much better and my feet and hands do not tingle as much. The chair has made a change in my life that I really needed. I recommend their chairs wholeheartedly!

I have tried a lot chairs, and this one is the best massage chair ever, I love the Galaxy 4D , I love deep tissue massage, and it is really feel like massage therapist , and customer service is awesome , they are so friendly answer all my questions.
