Good surprised team - Izzati

The bouquets are beautiful and the staff is great, and really présent for the clients. Natasya especially has my heart, she was very kind and did her best to meet my needs, relit a great person that do a great job.

Responsive , quick response and didn’t made the client to worry since it’s an online booking ..

Ordered flowers for my mum in Selangor all the way from Leeds. Very easy to order- next day delivery and flowers arrived early in the timeframe chosen(1-6pm slot; flowers srrived around 2pm).
Payment easy using online banking.
Website easy to navigate and many options to choose from according to budget.
Liked the option to choose Small, Medium or Large bouquet with extra additions to make bouquet more special
Happy to order from Happy Bunch again. Customer service assistance from Natalia and Izawati were very polite and helpful.

Izawati handled my queries excellently. She addressed all my questions very promptly. The bouquet collection the have is also unique which is what draws me to them in the first place
