Ordered October 09 and to be delivered October 20 4 - 8 pm kung hindi pako mag message sa chat support kung bakit processing padin ung order ko hindi mag sasabe na wala yung available color na inorder ko. Tapos imbis na ideliver yung item yung rider nakipag meet nalang don sa pag dedeliveran. Anong klase yan apaka bulok ng services niyo magaling lang kayo mag promote pero basura customer service niyo nag tapon lang ako ng pera sainyo. Yung surprise ginawa niyong despise. Will never order to this shop again

No photo, no tracking, wrong message on card
I did not get a photo of the actual item before it was delivered, no photo proof of it being delivered. I did not get a tracking link so I would know the status of the delivery. I emailed and was given a number to call the courier. Courier does not respond. I emailed again and got a response past 7pm that it has been delivered. I clearly gave the message to put in the card, and in a separate box in the form, instructions for courier to ask a "Simon of reception" to help direct him to the room destination. Last night, I found out a mix of names on the card. The recipient thought the flowers came from Simon added to the surname of the sender.

Good customer service
Couldn't verify the quality of the product as I've ordered the flowers from the UK to my mom in Davao. She was happy though, so I think the quality is good.
What stood out is their customer service. I had to change the date of the delivery, and theyvwere able to reply <24 hours.
