They had run out of one of the flowers in the bouquet and emailed me very quickly to sort it out... There was also a problem with the message I wanted attached to the flowers but they quickly sorted it out and the flowers got to the recipient exactly how I wanted.. 10/10 would recommend! Top quality service!!

Great gifts, easy delivery.

The cake was delicious and perfect.it was the same with the picture.i only thing i don’t was it was delayed and the second order that i have is they don’t follow the message that i wrote. And it was delivered late. There reason is the they can’t deliver on time because they don’t want the cake to be melted. I think you,should not say that to your customers.the delivery time is between 1p-4p but they arrive close to 5p.but like what I said cake was awesome and delicious

Great experience, delivered on time

I have been ordering with FlowerStore.Ph for 3 yrs now and I was always satisfied with their delivery time. They arrive always on time and their packages are always in pristine condition when delivered. Their flowers are always fresh and obviously they have been carefully picked. They have good quality flowers. Their bouquet arrangement is also great. Materials made are also good quality. The stickers and brand placements on the items are well taught out. It's not bothersome where they are place because the item presentation is really good. They also have a lot of flowers and designs to choose from. I also like their items that lasts forever like the crochet and preserved flowers. Their app is also great. No lags and well designed user interface, very easy to use. I like the added video message. Something that is very unique. Their customer service is exceptional. My item was scheduled to be delivered on a Saturday morning but I asked if they can deliver it a day earlier because we were expecting a typhoon on the original delivery date and they easily accommodated my request and have it delivered the same day. Overall, I am super grateful and happy with FlowerStore.ph. I will definitely become a loyal customer in a very very long time. Thank you FlowerStore.ph!

I like how the flowers are always fresh. I also tried to purchase their fruit and flower gift box to a sick friend and she loved it. She said that the fruits were all sweet. Fresh and Vibrant
The flowers came fresh and very vibrant. Flowers were fully bloomed with intact petals and with vibrant color. They stayed fresh for more than 3 days.

Legit flower shop im in Florida was doubting but they delivered on time and delivery was smooth and professional, flowers where fresh and smelled good, kudos guys.

I tried to do a chat, just to ask if they can change the time of delivery since this is for a graduating student today. It was a simple question, the rep "Abby" for chat ID 47717, asked me if I would like to "escalate it to her supervisor". As I thought it was kind for her to ask, I said YES. Yet, it took 10-15 minutes for 1 reply. A reply that is robotic, copy and pasted, no sympathy or remorse, and non-helpful. I can understand if my question/request cannot be done. I am ok with that, but to just ask and wait for almost an hour to complete 1 conversation? What a joke. Yes, I am still on the chat now, and I think I am still talking to Abby and not a supervisor as she offered. OFFERED, I DID NOT ASK FOR ONE.

Until now, no update. Don't waste your time here.

Fast,reliable, great customer service

Fast and easy ordering process. The order came without any issues and it was beautiful!
The bouquet also came with its own "water packets" to keep the flower fresh and alive.
