Customer support was efficient, friendly and helpful when I was preparing the photo and text option of my order. Perfect gift for loved ones when you’re living overseas.
It’s great help for us who lives overseas to send gifts for our loved ones. Initially, the cake delivered was damaged. But they were quick to act and went extra miles to rectify the situation. Customer service was excellent. They redelivered another cake within the day fast and in time without costs. The cake was indeed delicious and the flowers were still fresh. Thanks and kudos to the whole team! Highly recommended.

Top-notch service. I used the app to order flowers for the first time and when the recipient wasn’t available on delivery day, the team immediately offered to reschedule and deliver a few days later. That flexibility and prompt help really impressed me. Will order again!

Great flower delivery in Cebu
I ordered flowers in the week leading up to and including Valentines day. They delivered them perfectly on every occassion and my partner was so happy with the quality and the presentation and the driver. The prices were great, the web site worked well and there was no problems with any of the billing. I will be using them always for flowers in Cebu .

Occasion ruined
Ordered my bouquet for a beloved, for a surprise during valentine’s day. It never arrived. Extremely disappointed. Occasion ruined and my refund never came after a month and a half. Hope this shop closes.
