Can’t pay with credit or debit cards
It was my 1st time with FlowerStore.ph and I was satisfied with the service because the item was delivered on the scheduled day. But there’s 1 thing that I wish you would improve: the availability to pay by credit or debit card or Gcash/Maya. At 1st I tried to pay using my credit cards (I tested all my cards) and it didn’t go through. In the end I opted with the last option: cash on delivery. So I still had to send my money to the receiver to pay for the COD. This was the biggest disappointment for me since it could have been a surprise gift.

Best Flower Shop Around
The price and the quality of the flowers. I sent my fiance flowers on Valentine's Day and she lives in Cebu and I live in the USA. They promised the delivery on time and they pulled thru. 5 stars from me and I will definitely be doing business with them again.

I love this shop
I love this shop, it was recommended to me and I’m not going to any other ones! I love how they protect the flowers by putting them in a box! And each flower that I have purchased came with a treat, a chocolate bars. My gf loves the flowers and the delivery was as promised and on time! Service is great too! Thank you guys 🤍

Overall good experience
The experience overall was good, it would have been better if they would have accepted my card. They have been very helpful in trying to get it to work but no matter what it never did even with funds in my account. I just settled for COD. I believe if the site allowed me to change the address to my US address it would have worked. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and my gf loved her gift.

They delivered at the requested time
They delivered at the requested time. Very promt and the flowers were excellent. We bought a standing arrangement for my aunt's funeral. I ordered late at night and they received the next day.

Order never delivered
Order never delivered, they do not reimburse. Find other service like flowerchimp or whatever. have to open dispute claim from provider and such to get my money back.
