The very best floral service! Full Stop!

I've use Flower Store.ph several times to send my Fiancée arrangements and I will continue to use their services until she is in the United States with me. Even then we will use the services of Flower Store.ph for her families occasions. The floral arrangements are always fresh and perfect! They always look as good or better than the pictures. Their delivery is perfect. Everyone there are attentive and offer professional and personable service. I would strongly recommend this service to anyone who wants to make a perfect impression!

Surprise flowers for my fiancée

Surprise flowers for my fiancees birthday, quality flowers, delivered on time with a great service as always, I've used Flowerstore.ph many times and they've always delivered.
Would highly recommend for the variety and selection of flowers and gifts.

ingat sa flowerstore ph

nag order ako one week in advance for xmas eve, 1-5 pm ung sched pero 6 na wala pa din.ung status on hold pa din. tinawagan ko bakit di pa nadedeliver, pang reregalo ko sana. daming dahilan. iyon sira ung plano dahil sa hayop na flowerstoreph na yan. kung may okasyon, wag kau oorder dito. bukod sa overpriced sila ung mga bulaklak pa nila hindi fresh.

This was ordered in NOVEMBER For delivery 23rd December. The day before they asked for some information. Supplied immediately.
Day of order. Tracking shows processing. So I chase. Delivery time comes and goes. Chase. Nothing. Use app. Talk on thier contact section. Raised to supervisors. Nothing. Then note they are shut for the day. Soon as the open the day after the delivery was due they send an email say it was put on hold as they needed some more information. I reply say names are not required just deliver the Christmas present please. I point out this is unacceptable. Next message a few hours later saying they can't now deliver today as they are too busy but should be able to tomorrow.
This is beyond funny.
Ruined Christmas.
Have 3 other orders with them all due today. One they failed to deliver and the other 2 no idea where they are. Still says processing but the delivery window lapsed a couple of hours ago.
They are so incompetent. All orders placed in November.
If it is important to you and for a special occasion then I would very much recommend that you DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

late delivery despite the 3hr timeframe, poor chat support

I was already talking to chat support between 2-2:30PM because my delivery time frame was 1-4 PM, and past 2:00 PM, the flowers still hadn’t been dispatched, and my daughter’s recital was 4-5pm. Take note, the flowers were coming from Mandaluyong and the delivery address was in Alabang.
The chat support suggested that they could create a cancellation ticket, which I asked them to proceed with. However, by 2:40 PM, the flowers were suddenly already in transit. I was chatting with them earlier than the time of shipping, and since they were the ones who suggested creating a cancellation ticket, I ordered from another flower shop just to make sure the flowers would arrive before 4 PM.
After multiple follow-ups via chat, email, and Facebook, the chat support informed me that they could no longer cancel the order because it had already been dispatched at 2:40 PM. This was very frustrating because they were the ones who offered the cancellation in the first place, and this was done well before the dispatch time.
In the end, the flowers did not arrive by 4PM. We had to leave the auditorium during our daughter’s recital just to meet the driver halfway through her performance by 4:30. We had already seen a lot of bad feedback about this shop but still gave it a try because the delivery timeframe was 3 hours, and we thought they could deliver within that window.
To make matters worse, the only resolution offered was a discount voucher to order from them again for their poor service, as if a voucher could compensate for the frustration, the money we spent on two flower arrangements, and the part of our daughter’s performance we were forced to miss.
We ended up with two flower arrangements, one from another shop we ordered through Grab because FlowerStore’s chat support initiated the cancellation but didn’t follow through, and another very late delivery from FlowerStore. On top of that, we missed a part of our daughter’s performance because of this experience.

Out of all the online stores i have…

Out of all the online stores i have used in my entire life time. Flowerstore.ph is best of them all. Customer services is the best. They always send emails letting you know about your orders. And delivery if you have it set at 2pm it delivered by 2pm on the dot ! Thank you flowerstore.ph and god bless your whole team for doing such a great job.
