Angel did an awesome job getting my…

Angel did an awesome job getting my order canceled quickly and efficiently.
I was not happy when I placed my order because it was advertised for 60% off but I couldn’t find that only 50% off and it picked which credit card it charged it to. I did not want it charged to the credit card that they picked out, but this was not Angels fault.

Faulty Numoya

Back in January, I went back and forth with Numoya service, complaining that the charge only lasted for four uses. They told me to try this and that and it didn't help. Then they said it was too late to return it. Now, it reads 200 degrees and is totally cold. It's a terrible product and poor service!

Terrible cudtomer service…

My brush won't hold a charge with different been emailing since the middle of may keep being put off asking for videos how supposed to video a battery not holding its charge
25th may I was promised a replacement still waiting 18th june and when I email im told they will be chasing it up in dispatch

Hair tool has never worked

The original one I received didn't work. I was promised a new one as a replacement 2 months ago. I have never received it. I will never buy from this company again. The £40 was a waste of money

I ordered a Flown Brush and it was not…

I ordered a Flown Brush and it was not what I expected.
I have sent numerous emails and still no instructions for the return. They told me to take of picture of me holding the brush and they would tell me what I was doing wrong. I sent the pictures and still have no return instructions. In one email they stated they said would give me a small percentage back because it needs to be mailed to China. Cutomer service has been no help to me.
When they send you the brush there is no receipt for returns or problems. I would never order from this company again.

The USB cord that came with the item…

The USB cord that came with the item did not work -right out the gate. Upon receiving the item I was not impressed. In my opinion, not a solid hair tool - not worth the money paid. Contacting support for Return / Refund info (30 day guaranty refund if not satisfied), I received a response requesting I do a video - NO. I have had request from Erica, John, Lester, Marie and Brooke. Everytime I respond (same link) I get another SUPPORT team member requesting video & not willing to initiate return. WORSE support ever. Phone number disconnected. I am done - BBB & Letter to Claire Hoffman, I eat my $50 whatever loss!

Promptness

When I was ordering my go curl Pro, somehow it ordered two of them. I reached out to the flown beauty. company right away and they removed one of my items. I was very pleased. Zy assisted me. Thank you for your prompt reaction.

Return Issue

I returned a Numoya hot brush in February as it was not suitable for my needs. I was guided through the returns process step by step by various members of staff. For some unknown reason my parcel was held up in customs, and it appears it still is. Marie Cowell kept in constant touch with me, assuring me I hadn't been forgotten but as they had not received my parcel their hands were tied. As a goodwill gesture Marie arranged a refund for me that I received immediately, even though they still haven't received my return parcel. This is very much appreciated and I would like to thank Marie for all her support and for eventually sorting out my refund. Excellent customer service!
