Return/Refund

I received my Flown hairbrush in record time and was excited to try it out. Well, my hair is very fine and thin, so I had a difficult time using it. When I asked for a return/refund, the customer support person, John Nickerson, quickly helped me out and explained how their process for returns/refunds work. In record time he was able to give me a partial refund and I kept the brush. I was very happy with the solution to my dilemma and it was all because of the efficient help from John. Thank you John for all your assistance.

waste of money

I ordered the flown hair curler. I find it very difficult to get my hair into thd chamber. After you put your hair in the chamber and push the button, sometimes it catches the hair sometimes it doesn't. Even at the highest setting for the longest time, i get a bit of a wave but that's it. It's supposed to beep when time is up..sometimes it does, sometimes not. The videos of how to use it are far different than the actual experience. Then if i return it, i'll spend $ to ship it back and they have 7 days to decide if they'll refund my money..seriously? complete waste of money..stay from this thing!

The brush does nothing for my hair, Very slow delivery

The brush does nothing for my hair. I have tried multiple times - as they suggest. I have followed all the company directions on their site. It just does absolutely nothing to my hair.

Delivery is very slow. Ordered on a Monday and received 18 days later.

The product does not work on fine or…

The product does not work on fine or thinning hair. I’ve requested a refund and do not get a reply via email or phone. The number listed on the website is discontinued. I feel I have been scammed and am seeking recourse from my credit card company. It is truly a false advertising scam.

Return item

I wanted to return my item and it was dealt with very efficiently. In the end I chose to have a percentage of the purchase price refunded and to keep the item. John Nickerson, processed the refund immediately and was extremely helpful.

Responsive customer service

I ordered a travel hair dryer in March. I received tracking information, but it stopped a few days before the delivery date. I waited and waited but never received the package. I reported that to Numoya (now Flown) and they said the tracking was odd and they would check into it. I waited but still didn’t see it. I called for a follow up. I talked to a very responsive customer service person, Marie, and she immediately ordered a replacement. I am grateful for the good service

Customer support review

I recently ordered and received the GoBrush Pro. After trying it, I realized that the brush wasn't working for my hair. I'm sure its a good product but because of my hair type, thin and wavy, it didn't help on my hair. I emailed Customer Support for instructions on how to return the product per your 30 day risk free trial. I then found out it would cost more to return the brush than it cost me to purchase it due to having to return it internationally. I was very upset about this and again emailed Customer Support. After emailing with Marie, she was able to negotiate a 50% return of my purchase price. I am very appreciative of that and grateful to Marie for her help in doing that for me. Marie is an excellent Customer support representative for your company.

I ordered one

I ordered one. Was charged for and received two. When I tried to return one I would have to mail it to China and pay $67.00 postage. It works minimally well. Short battery life. Bad, bad choice.

I really wanted this Go Brush to work…

I really wanted this Go Brush to work on my short hair but unfortunately it didn't do anything to help with the waves and stubborn areas. It doesn't get hot enough and doesn't stay on for a very long time. Their ads are very misleading. I contacted the company only a few days after I received it (they gave me some ponters which I tried and still no results) and told them I wanted to return it. After a few weeks of going back and forth with emails and form letters, they told me I would have to return it to China. The cost of that would be more than I paid for the brush. So they offered me a 30% refund and I would keep the brush. This has been going on for over 2 months and still cannot get the refund. Think twice ladies before wasting your money on this.

I agree with Debbie Ireland

I agree with Debbie Ireland. Worthless product. I supposed that if your hair is not thin and fine, it might work, but not on my hair. NOT great for ALL types of hair. Also toggling between heat settings didn't help. The heat just kept going up. Waste of $60. It's going to the Goodwill.

Well after I received it I charged it…

Well after I received it I charged it …then tried to make it work on my hair but no luck! Then charged it again but it didn’t charge. I cannot make it work even with the USB PLUG but no luck …won’t turn on!
I’m not a hard to please person but I’m not a happy camper! I tried to return it but they said bc it was over 3o days, they could not approve a return or refund! 😡

NO STAR REVIEW. Not even worth one star. This companies refund policy is a scam. They do not offer full refunds like their website says. Customer service is horrible, just get the run a round. Cost you more to return the product than what it costs. Do not purchase from this company
