I’ve had the opportunity to engage with the Flow Research Collective through their courses, and what they’ve built is genuinely exceptional.

I’ve taken several of their classes and got a tremendous amount out of them. The frameworks are practical, the science is thoughtfully translated, and—most importantly—applying these ideas to my own life has been a game changer in how I approach performance, focus, and creativity.

They’ve also cultivated a stellar community—consistently inspiring, deeply engaged, and filled with people who are serious about growth. Shout out in particular to Rian Doris, David Radosevich, and Torrie Higgins—exceptional coaches whose personal investment helped me level up well beyond the material itself.

There’s a lot of noise in the performance and personal development space right now. What FRC does differently is ground their work in research while still making it accessible and human. They’re not chasing trends—they’re building a discipline.

Like any ambitious organization operating at scale, they’re evolving in real time. But from what I’ve seen, their intent is clear, their curiosity is real, and their commitment to pushing the field forward is undeniable.

If you’re serious about understanding flow—not just as a concept, but as a tool for meaningful performance and impact—they’re absolutely worth engaging with.

The deep dive resources and videos are great. The community is responsive and helpful.

I purchased PNCC last summer after being told it was 50% coaching development and 50% sales training. 

Instead, the first half was a diluted repeat of Zero to Dangerous (Z2D), which I had just completed and was never told would be included.
The salesperson knew this and still failed to disclose it.


I raised concerns, after 3 weeks but I was ghosted, passed between multiple people, and given no real resolution for months. 

After six months of delays and false reassurances from people who claimed they would advocate for me, FRC’s only “solution" was to suggest I transfer my enrollment to someone else. That’s hardly a fair resolution from a company that had no issue misleading me in the first place—especially after six months!



Their refund policy conveniently doesn’t cover misrepresentation, and their handling of my case has been filled with delays, deflections, and empty reassurances. 

I was a huge believer in this work, but the way they handle complaints has completely eroded my trust.


If you’re considering FRC, be aware—their sales team are masters at selling.
Just read 4 of the next 5 reviews, and you’ll see glowing feedback not about the course, but about the sales call.

They will tell you exactly what you want to hear, but what you receive may not be what was promised.

And if you run into issues? Expect to be ignored.

Manipulative sales. Not what I communicated I wanted or needed. Yet, sold to me as if it was. All the right words. No content.

I first trained with FRC in 2020, completing Zero to Dangerous and Flow Trainer Accelerator. I found both tremendously useful, and Z2D truly changed my life.

Four years later, I received an email inviting me, as an alum, to preview the new Z2D course for a month. I teach flow, so I was eager to see what changes or improvements had been made to FRC's curriculum and I agreed to a call. This call ended up being a sales call for the "Flow Collective." I was hesitant to undertake any additional training programs, and after hearing the pitch and reviewing the materials, really didn't think that this offer was for me based on what I do and the size of my business. However, the salesperson was insistent that the cohort would be filled with people like me, and that I was a perfect fit. I knew what was happening, I let myself be manipulated into it against my best judgment, and signed up for the 6-month program. For that, I take full responsibility.

Unfortunately, it didn't end up being useful to me at all. It was a repackaged version of their original course, but instead of being refined it was even more bloated. The materials were out of touch and off-putting—it became hard for me to take seriously when we were advised to get rid of all of our possessions, stop cooking and hire a personal chef (or at least get pre-made meals delivered), and pay someone to clean the house multiple times a week, in the name of reducing cognitive load. We were offered the opportunity to be in small "mastermind" groups, but the minimum revenue one could select in the placement survey was $250,000—far above the size of my business. This is fine, but it points again to the program and my fit for it being misrepresented.

I resigned myself to having wasted the money. Then today, they charged me $990 for a "monthly renewal" which I never agreed to, was never told would be automatic, and most certainly did not want. There was no reminder that this would happen, no advance notification. I have searched the terms of service for any reference to auto-renewal, and found none.

I have emailed them, but my experience with customer service has been poor so I have low expectations and can only hope that my credit card company will find in my favor if I have to dispute the charge.

I am very disappointed that the FRC has devolved into this.

I’d known about Flow Research Collective for a while, but after a tough FY24—coming up just shy of $1.3 million in sales—I realized it was time to take a different approach. If you’re looking to level up professionally and personally, Flow Research Collective is definitely worth it.

I met with Joe today and he essentially helped me materialize my dream. We had an open-minded conversation and he clearly tied my aspirations and career into this opportunity. Appreciative for the fire lit under my butt and the opportunity to effectively translate my message to the world!

I had a Zoom call with Joe Munizaga as I was interested in joining an in-person event, but due to family obligations I will not be attending. Regardless, Joe specifically inspired me to get off my ass and start writing my book I have been stewing over my book topic for the past five years. Joe cut through all the excuses I have given myself and truly inspired me to get my passion into a book format. I have faith that when I reach back out to Joe and the Flow Collective, they will provide me the assistance I need in finalizing the book I will write.

Just had my intake call with Joe Munizaga and he was genuinely interested in our work and was keen to help. It felt more like a mutual interview to determine if the fit was right for both FRC and me, rather than a sales pitch. He answered all my detailed questions confidently. Joe even offered to support me personally by reviewing my pro forma and other documents and offering business strategy. Really looking forward to working with FRC. Thanks Joe!

Just had a great call with Joe Munizaga. Although I'm not signing up right now because the timing isn't quite right for me. The call and sales style were lovely. Joe was refreshingly honest and truly interested in making sure that the offer was right for me right now, not just pushing for a sale. I'm excited to follow what they do as an organisation and signup in the future when the time is right.

The FLOW program has been transformative for both my professional and personal life. The calendar release exercise was a game-changer, allowing me to take control of my schedule and prioritize important tasks. Implementing communication batching has revolutionized my workflow, enabling me to tackle critical work first thing each day. These practices have not only boosted my productivity but also restored my work-life balance. I've regained control over my time and eliminated the need for late-night catch-up sessions. The program works if you allow yourself an open mind to do the work and then modify it for your own personal /professional needs. No two people are alike and it's important to know what works or needs modifying. I am truly grateful for this program and excited to share these best practices with my team.

Since starting the Flow program, I've implemented numerous productivity-boosting strategies. From organizing my weeks differently to batching email communications, the impact has been significant. The program has not only improved my work life but also inspired positive changes in my personal life, including better sleep and health habits. It's truly a culture shift that benefits the entire team.

The Flow training program has been game-changing. Communication batching and flight mode until noon are two habits I'm building into my entire workflow to increase productivity and reduce fatigue and burnout. By incorporating all of the Flow Habits and highly tangible processes into my workday, I am living my best day everyday!!

The service is good but not exceptional considering the price. The price is very high.
I recently took a class with Research Collective and, unfortunately, my experience was not positive. While some of the material was new to me, I found that much of the class content and videos are available for free on the internet. The lack of unique or innovative material made the high cost of the course unjustifiable.

Additionally, the course relied heavily on pre-recorded videos rather than providing personal, one-on-one interaction. This approach felt impersonal and did not offer the engagement or tailored guidance I was hoping for. As a result, I did not find the course helpful in the long run, as the information did not stick with me or enhance my skills meaningfully.

Given the lack of original content and the reliance on videos, I believe the course's price is too high. I regret my decision to enroll and would not recommend it to others seeking a unique and impactful learning experience.

Really terrible course. They teach you the basic stuff of simple self help books and sell it as if it was some kind of magic pill. It is not a magic pill and it doesn't work. Save your money.

Great content, deep research and data, pace of the learning was flexible yet within guard rails. Competent facilitator.

There was so much I learned that will help me in my personal and professional growth, and my cohort was incredibly supportive. I really enjoyed my coach Michel, and the Magum Opus project was a great way to wrap up the program.

I was hestiant of taking this course but ever since I have finished the course, my perspective has changed in how I conduct myself in the world

The training is really well structured with webinars to practise and learn from. The course material is really informative to a degree that almost is like a postgraduate degree and the amount of resources avaliable I have not seen from any other course in the industry.

Highly recommend for anyone wishing to pursue coaching and expand their field of research further

Meeting other motivated people across the globe was inspiring and insightful on so many levels. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakout sessions.

My experience was great as I was in a cohort of very motivated and interesting people and with an instructor who is very knowledgeable and helpful during the course.
