Beautiful pen, terrible support
The Flowtica Scribe itself is well-made, feels premium and looks great, no complaints.
However, the software did not work for me. I was unable to record anything when I needed it.
When I tried to return the product within the 30-day return window stated in their own refund policy, the support team denied my return twice, claiming that only the EU 14-day cooling-off period applies to EU customers. Their own policy clearly states that the 14-day EU right applies "additionally" to the general 30-day policy. Nowhere does it say the 30-day window is excluded for EU customers.
After I pointed this out with direct quotes from their policy, they agreed to accept the return but framed it as a "special exception" rather than acknowledging my right under their own terms.
I would recommend carefully documenting everything if you need to make a return.

Amazing product
There was a looooong delay in getting the product and comms is not great, BUT the actual product and everything that goes with it, the app, etc. is amazing.Highly worth the wait and highly recommended
