FLY8MA's Jon is an absolutely fantastic instructor. There are great and priceless materials to learn from on the website.. a good place for aspiring aviator to grab useful knowledge. If you can't fly everyday, then FLY8MA.com.

Easy to use and provides up to date local information

I really enjoy the thorough information that is reviewed to learn from. This information give me the confidence to pass both my written and oral exams for my instrument rating.

Easy to review and comprehend

The first time I saw John on YouTube he was fixing boat motors. He’s come a long way from that.

I have learned as much from watching his videos as from what my flight instructor has shown me. I’ve reviewed something that I was about to preform for my instructor and nailed it the first time. My instructor would say “you’ve done that before”. I finally told him what I was watching and now he tells all his students to watch FLY8MA

I think the IFR program should be offered at a rate that more of us who are limited on funds can afford it; without having to join as a silver member. You are an exceptional teacher.

Although I haven't completed it as of yet I found it very easy to follow and very informative.

Couldn't get past the 2nd lesson. The course kept freezing up after the 2nd lesson.

After an absence from flying of 10 years I decided to jump back in with both feet. FLY8MA.com was instrumental in getting me back up to speed on my training and enabled me to achieve my multi engine instrument rating and I’m now using the Flight Instructor exam videos to prepare for my CFI add on. Thanks Jon!

The Free Private Pilot Ground School is a great supplemental resource to reference while preparing for your knowledge test. The lessons provided in this course cover all of the topics that the knowledge test will test you on. Each lesson provides key information points about the lesson topic. The videos accompanying each lesson effectively demonstrate this information.

Customer support was bad but eventually reached out to me to make things right

I really enjoyed the experience, however being an Aussie I had to hit the books again for some sections.
