VOL FZ1425 / UNE CATASTROPHE
VOL FZ1425 du 21 Avril 2025 qui devait assurer le trajet Dubai - Basel en Suisse.
Nous avons failli nous crasher avec l'avion, l'avion avait un problème au réacteur, une fuite de carburant pour être plus précis. (je encore terrorisé de ce vol juste le fait d'écrire)
Nous sommes parti de l'aéroport de Dubai, après 1h30 de vol, l'avion fait subitement demi-tour, et quelques instants plus tard l'avion pique du nez et nous perdons une altitude folle en l'espace de quelques minutes.
Dans l'avion un silence qui en disait long sur l'émotion des passagers, tout le monde se regarde sans comprendre ce qui se passe.
Un peu plus tard dzs gens se mettent à crier a bord, une scène de panique pas possible en plein vol !!!! je voyage énormément, je n'ai j'ai jamais vécu un tel enfer en vol.
Une l'avion au sol, la compagnie avait préparé un nouvel avion pour la correspondance, mais terrifié, je refuse de reprendre l'avion avec cette compagnie.
J'ai du reprendre des vols avec Quatar Airlines qui m'ont coûter plus de 2000€ + 1 nuit d'hôtel supplémentaire à Doha (facture a l'appui)
A mon retour chez moi, j'écris donc à la compagnie pour exposer mon problème et leur indiquer que je n'ai pas pris la correspondance car j'étais terrorisé et qu'il était hors de question que je voyage avec cette compagnie.
J'ai d'abord eu un mail de type expeditif qui m'a notifié que la compagnie avait tout mis en place pour la correspondance etc... et que par conséquent, je n'allais pas être indemnisé de quoi que se soit.
En insistant encore une petite partie de remboursement, mais ils ont refusé de prendre en compte les frais supplémentaires alors que moii j'ai rien demandé !!!! j'ai donc du payer de ma poches plus de 2700€ pour rentrer en vie !!!
C'est inacceptable de l'appart d'une compagnie comme Emirates FlyDubai !!!!!
Je suis terrorisé de l'avion et dégoûter de m'avoir fait remballé de cette manière par la compagnie.
Ce n'est pas eux qui étaient dans les air dans un avion défaillant !!!

Deceptive "flexible" ticket policy! Fly Dubai misled me. I bought a ticket thinking I could cancel with a fee. They don't tell you refunds are vouchers, not cash, and expire quickly. My $200 ticket became a $125 voucher. AVOID!
Fly Dubai is the worst airline
Fly Dubai has quickly become my worst airline that I have flown with. From the moment I turned up at Kathmandu airport I regretted booking with them. Because I booked through skycanner like most people these days I could not add baggage allowance to my flight. The unhelpful staff tried to charge me £250 for my 8kg backpack from Kathmandu to London when my flight was around £350. Absolute disgraceful terms. There was no inflight movies provided on either 4.5 hr flight and the toilets had urine all over the side and floor. When I emailed politely to ask for a refund on baggage as the terms are unfair I was rudely spoken to. I strongly advise you choose to fly with another airline!

Molte delle recensioni negative non hanno senso in quanto gli autori avrebbero semplicemente leggere le info sul volo. Abbiamo fatto Milano Bergamo - Dubai e Dubai - Male per complessive 10/11 ore di volo e ritorno. Per ottenere quei prezzi (mediamente 500/600 euro in meno a persona rispetto alle compagnie aeree più blasonate) hanno dovuto utilizzare degli aerei a fusoliera stretta (Boeing 737 Max 800) in quanto hanno dei costi di gestione notevolmente più bassi rispetto agli aeromobili a fusoliera larga. Trattasi di una compagnia low-cost di Emirates e presenta le caratteristiche di tutte le compagnie low-cost con la differenza che ti danno un pasto, caffè ed acqua e che hai il bagaglio da stiva fino a 30 kg oltre a quello a mano di dimensioni generose 55-40-25. Ai geni che recensiscono senza neppure sapere di cosa parlano consiglio la prossima volta di spendere 500 euro in più e godersi i posti in economy delle altre compagnie (con distanza tra i sedili di qualche centimetro in più).

I had one of the most terrible travel experience with Flydubai. From the beginning customer service was unhelpful and poorly organized and staff rude and unpolite. The flight was very uncomfortable- tight seating and minimal legroom, nightmare for more than 5 hours long flight. Overall, I won’t be flying with Flydubai again. I know it is the only direct-flight option from Belgrade to Dubai, but I prefer to chose another airport or to fly with Wizz to Abu Dhabi and transfer to Dubai, it’s not only cheaper, but also more comfortable.
FlyDubai’s Internal Negligence Cost Me Time, Money, and Trust
My experience with FlyDubai has been extremely disappointing.
After a 3+ hour delay caused by FlyDubai’s internal negligence (outdated navigation system), missed connections, unnecessary expenses, and misleading ground staff directions, I have received only template responses, irrelevant questions, and no genuine effort to resolve the issue.
Forced to pay an extra 1,446 AED for a replacement ticket, and after weeks of deflection, I am left with no choice but to escalate the matter through aviation authorities and public channels.
I expect companies to take responsibility when mistakes are made. Sadly, FlyDubai has failed to do so.

if i could put 0 trust me i would. unfortunately i had to use it twice, once i flew to another country and had to get again for another cause theres no more option at that time. we have stand on ghe line since 8:30 (check in close at 9), first of all line were huge cause not only our flight is there, second- no staff like only 5 people and they are slow. at least announce that it will be close soon and let us pass. women coordinator said its impossible that we been standing there for 40 minutes. okay, why would i lie?!? like food there is shit, customer service is not good at all, no one is helpful and no solution to offer. all of them rude, talking like its my mistake which is not. when i came there’s still time, its not my mistake that there no people to assist or its only one check in area for 3-4 different flights. i would say think 100 times before you buy flight with flydubai.

Bei dem Flug von Dubai nach Salzburg wurde mein Koffer beschädigt. Rad und Riss in der Hartschale. Habe Bericht wie erwartet im Flughafen sofort aufgegeben. Nichts gehört, keine Aufarbeitung von Flydubai. Habe seitdem (Dezember) schon 4x nachgefragt, Bericht und Fotos eingereicht, und NIE eine Antwort bekommen. Nichts! Die ignorieren mich einfach. Das geht doch gar nicht!

I need to share my terrible experience with Flydubai so others can avoid the same nightmare.
On the outbound flight to the Maldives, they didn’t check our cabin bags at all. The 7kg limit was completely ignored — no one even glanced at the weight. But on the return flight from Malé, things changed dramatically. They weighed our bags down to the gram, and we were forced to pay an outrageous €400 for checked luggage.
When I said "I'm getting angry" to the staff, the response was shocking — the attendant was rude and simply told me to file a complaint. No apology, no understanding, just cold indifference.
This isn’t about "policy" — yes, the 7kg limit is written, but this is pure exploitation. They know you’re stuck, you’ve just finished your vacation, and you’re unlikely to argue in that moment. The whole thing felt like a predatory scheme, designed to take as much money from you as possible.
Same company, same route, completely different treatment. And when I tried to express my frustration, the staff was dismissive at best. Flydubai doesn’t care about its passengers; they care about squeezing every euro out of you.
Never flying with them again. Avoid this airline unless you want to be treated like a cash cow.

Fly Dubai app is changing the name on purpose so the clients needs to pay to correct it.
So disappointing
The airline's website wasn't allowing me to pay for my checked in bag prior to the returning flight. When I went to check in my bag at the airport I was charged 600 aed, and I was only charged 15 aed for my first flight. Disgraceful and so disappointing for a loyal customer. I won't be using this airline again.
Terrible Customer Service & Unfair Policies
I mistakenly entered the wrong name when booking with Fly Dubai. Just two hours later, I canceled to rebook correctly, but they deducted $200 and issued a $156 voucher in the wrong name. To fix it, they told me to rebook with the wrong name again, then call and pay another $100 to correct it—completely unreasonable!
Fly Dubai’s rigid policies, poor customer service, and lack of customer care make it one of the worst airlines. I’ll never book with them again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!

Horrible & disgusting experience of booking flight ticket with flydubai
I booked with flydubai through makemytrip & by mistake wrong date was got selected, instead of 31st May, ticket was booked for 31st March. Immediately I contacted fly dubai & make my trip both, but they came up with 100% penalty as per their T&C. I pleaded them to change date to 31st May with an accurate flight cost, but they don't have any exceptions & 0% customer centric view. In today's date this kind of service is unacceptable, This is the last time I booked with FlyDubai & I do not recommend anyone to fly with this airlines which is not flexible towards their customers. I paid 1262 AED & they will refund 142 AED & they will sell that same flight seat to another passenger with a higher price. They are corporate thief masked under their so called terms & condition which does not have any humanity on people's hard earned money.

I traveled with Flydubai on March 27, 2025, from Dubai to Tehran. Upon arriving at Tehran airport, I discovered that my luggage had been tampered with—it was opened, disorganized, and the cover was torn. Additionally, there was dust inside the luggage, indicating mishandling. Most importantly, I found that €6,840 had been stolen from my luggage.
Given the condition of my suitcase, it is clear that this theft occurred at Dubai Airport before departure. As Flydubai is responsible for passenger baggage during transit, I strongly urge the airline to investigate this matter seriously and hold the responsible parties accountable.
I expect a prompt response and an explanation of the actions taken to address this incident. If no satisfactory resolution is provided, I will be forced to escalate this complaint to legal authorities and consumer protection organizations.
Please advise on the next steps I should take for a swift resolution.

Avoid booking with at all cost
Avoid booking with at all cost! They only offer full refunds in voucher form. I booked flights DXB-ZNZ return at a cost of 2900 dhs. The return flight said only 5 seats left and the cost for this sector alone was 1700dhs. This is false advertisement! 9 days later I checked again and the fare was significantly cheaper by 700dhs. So I canceled the original booking, even with the penalty and rebooking the cheaper fare I was still saving over 250 dhs. The cancellation email states the refund will be in a voucher. I spoke to someone at the call centre and emailed them to ask for a cash refund. They replied stating they would offer cash refund for me but only 50% as the other 50% will be in a penalty fee! Would not recommend booking with them

regulamin wziol mi paszport i wrócił po 15 min i powiedział że 500 banda zlodzieji .I was treated like a 3rd class citizen, I had a typo in my name, then the service guy said that for correcting it I should get 150, when I asked him to show me if there was any regulation for that, he took my passport and came back after 15 minutes and said 500, a bunch of thieves. On top of that I was robbed of souvenirs even though my bag was wrapped and locked

No Go ! Wie der Name schon sagt max wie maximale Auslastung .Solche Flugzeuge sind für Mittel Strecken geeignet 6 Stunden sind etwas länger und sehr anstrengend .Nie wieder !
