I had a wonderful experience with this…

I had a wonderful experience with this airline. The flight departed from Dubai as per their timings which I truly appreciated. The seating was excellent and very comfy. Despite relatively short flight the food was surprisingly good and the cabin crew were extremely helpful and attentive throughout. Overall smooth and pleasant trip perfect for a summer vacation. I live in Dubai and I would prefer this airline again.

Worst airlines ever

Worst airlines ever. Devastated my bag and overs 40 euro back for a 100 euro bag. Customer service level is below the ground. Entire bag was devastated, using force to open the bag because it had the code lock and they flipped over the entire inside plus the staff took some items from our bag.

They made me buy a new bag because my carry on wasn’t the right size for them. I had to buy the cheapest one from duty free which cost me $80 usd. I had to trash my old carry on and put everything in my new bag. I didn’t reduce my weight at all, I only transferred things to the new bag. Unnecessary problems were given to me which made my travels very stressful. The bus drive to the plane was hectic and filled with people. Flights attendants were awesome, just the check in process was horrific

Travelling with my son in sometimes…

Travelling with my son in sometimes feel overwhelming but this airline turned whole experience into something smooth and stress free. Our flight was departing from terminal 3 and were able to enjoy the same high standard of service you’d expect . Which made the journey feel special. From the entrance the staff were attentive and kind making sure my son with physical challenges was comfortable and cared for, even when we had to add to add the services last minute. Their support truly made a difference and gave us peace of mind. Boarding the aircraft we had given first priority and were assisted till the aircraft doors which was really amazing. This was second time in this route and their onboard service kept my son entertained for the whole journey.

Exceptional First-Time Experience

I recently flew business class with Fly Dubai on the Doha–Dubai–Doha route, and I must say, the
experience exceeded expectations. From check-in to landing, the staff demonstrated genuine care and attention to every detail of my journey.
A special mention goes to Mr. Abhilash at check-in, whose professionalism and courtesy set the tone for a seamless travel experience. His thoughtful approach and efficiency made me feel truly welcomed and valued as a passenger. It’s clear that Fly Dubai is investing in quality of service. I look forward to flying with them again.

They are scammers and they have weird…

They are scammers and they have weird policies and they never mentioned it and when you speak they say we have it on the website you have to read it every time cuz we do changes, they add the laptop bag to the total weight, they count the laptop as a separate bag, they even put the ladies hand bag in the weight, they charge you 200AED(54.45$) even if you have half killo over weight(including the laptop), not recommended at all for anyone, they offer kinda cheap tickets but they took more money than other airlines.

Flew from dxb to ktm and it was actually good experience. Decent legroom, food options were good. Crew were super friendly and helpful. If the prices stay right I’d pick flydubai again over other airlines on this route

I recently flew from Sofia to dubai for my summer vacation and the experience was fantastic. The cabin was very queiter than the other flights. I’ve taken which made the journey much more relaxing from takeoff to landing.The crew provided excellent service attentive, professional and always ready to help. Their quick and friendly approach really enhanced the overall trip. Snacks offered onboard. For an economy cabin the comfort and service really stood out.

I am very dissatisfied with my recent experience with FlyDubai. My booking had to be cancelled due to urgent family circumstances, and despite explaining the situation clearly, I was only given the standard response about “Lite fare rules.” No flexibility, no real support, and no clear explanation of what counts as “exceptional circumstances” for a voucher refund.

As a passenger, I expected at least some understanding or an alternative solution, but unfortunately, the airline showed no willingness to help. This has left me very disappointed and frustrated.

I hope FlyDubai will improve their customer service and policies in the future, because at the moment, they do not reflect care or compassion for passengers. Based on this experience, I would not recommend flying with them.

Fatalnie, wylot Kraków -Dubaj zaplanowany na godzinę 12.50 jest 14.40 i do tej pory 2 informacje , że lot opóźniony , tak wiemy że opóźniony , pół lotniska ludzi czeka bez żadnej informacji kiedy nastąpi odlot , 20 min w busie i cofnięcie do terminala . Nigdy więcej na lot tymi liniami się nie zdecyduję

No option given to change cancelled flight flight

The first leg of our flight was cancelled from silalkot to dubai. We were notified by email only 24 hours prior and could not change the flight. The customer contact number for fly dubai was busy and we were unable to speak to anyone. We managed to speak to the customer contact center at Emirates, but they gave us no assistance either and we had to spend an extra £1150 to get a PIA flight from Islamabad to dubai, so we could avoid missing the 2nd leg journey Emirates flight from dubai to London.
The contact centre at Emirates said they couldn't assist because the flight from sialkot to dubai was arranged by fly dubai. We have requested an online refund for the first part of the journey from fly dubai, but they have refused to refund the ticket and have said that you must request a refund from the Emirates website, which was used to book the flight

Volo Bergamo

Volo Bergamo - Zanzibar ( durata 12 h)
Ho messo 1stella perché meno non si può. È stata la mia prima esperienza di volo terribile. Ma come possono pensare di fare tratte così lunghe, farsi pagare come un volo di linea e non offrirti nulla??? Niente cibo, niente mascherina o una misera coperta e nemmeno fim o intrattenimenti vari.
Ma oltre a ciò vogliamo parlare della scomodità dei posti ovviamente a pagamento ?? Fanno pagare addirittura i 10 euro in più a testa a tratta per dei posti che sono più piccoli di quelli del normale ( avevo il sedile frontale quasi in faccia) e non ti scrivono né di questo e né che non sono reclinabili!!!!!!! Per non parlare di quelli “ più comodi” vicino alle uscite di emergenza ( non reclinabili) il cui valore è 50 euro a tratta per persona.

Boh, sono ancora allibita da tutto ciò. Potrei pensare a una proposta del genere se facessero pagare il volo almeno 1/3 altre delle altre compagnie ma visto che non è così lo trovo disonesto .

Biggest Shock

Online Check-in is pointless – Checked in online but never received a boarding pass by email. Still had to queue for ~45 minutes at DXB. No dedicated line for online check-in or specific destinations.

Long, exhausting boarding process at DXB – Forced to take a crowded bus with limited seats and poor AC. Stood holding poles while bus idled for 30–40 minutes before allowing passengers to board the plane. Flight ended up departing ~30 minutes late.

Arrival in Baku was smooth – Direct airport connection, no bus hassle, quick and easy disembarkation.

Return flight also delayed – Again ~30 minutes late. Boarding in Baku was smooth, but online check-in remained useless with no priority for pre-checked passengers.

Back at DXB, same frustrating experience – Crowded bus transfer, no seating, poor air conditioning, ~15 minutes standing like “cattle” before entering the airport.

Biggest disappointment – Despite DXB being Flydubai’s home base, passengers are treated poorly there, whereas the Baku airport experience felt far more respectful and organized.

Inequality and discrimination

I recently traveled with FlyDubai from the UK and was deeply disappointed by the overall experience—both at Terminal 2 of Dubai International Airport and onboard the flight itself. Terminal 2, which primarily serves budget and regional carriers, offered limited amenities that fell far below international standards. With only two restrooms available, inadequate seating, and minimal dining options, the terminal lacked basic comfort and dignity for travelers. For a city that prides itself on hospitality and global connectivity, this disparity was striking.

Onboard the three-hour flight, I was served a meal, but the passenger seated beside me—who had paid a comparable fare—was only given a bottle of water. This inconsistency in service felt discriminatory and unjustified. In the confined space of an aircraft, the aroma of food naturally triggers hunger, and denying a meal to one passenger while serving another creates discomfort and emotional distress. It’s especially troubling when health conditions like diabetes or dietary sensitivities may be involved.

As a Pakistani passport holder traveling with a British companion, I couldn’t help but notice the difference in treatment. While I received a meal, my companion did not, despite both of us having paid substantial amounts for our tickets. Such disparities raise serious concerns about equality and fairness in service delivery. Airlines should not differentiate based on nationality, and every paying customer deserves respectful, humane treatment.

Providing a simple meal—just a few tablespoons of rice and some chicken—is not a financial burden for an airline. It’s a matter of basic decency. No airline becomes poorer by showing compassion. In fact, it’s these small gestures that define a brand’s integrity and commitment to humanity.

I sincerely hope FlyDubai and Dubai International Airport take these concerns seriously and work toward creating a more inclusive, dignified experience for all passengers—regardless of their background, passport, or ticket class.

Worst airline ever

It was the first time we buy tickets from this pathetic rude and worst airline I ever boarded.
I will never buy tickets from them again even if the others demand 10 times the price
On both ways they wanted to take our hand bags despite we are allowed 7 kg. If you do not do they will harass you and even was subject not to go on board.
To be honest I can not trust them with my luggage neither with the flights them selves. avoid as much you can, you will not regret avoiding them once you have had the experience

I fly from dubai to Istanbul a few…

I fly from dubai to Istanbul a few times every year. I decided to use my mile to upgrade to business class and wow it was such a good decision.
The food and wine were really well chosen and I enjoyed. Seats were so comfortable that I actually got some proper sleep something that almost never happens when I fly. After this travel I feel I will often travel business class in flydubai

Fernstrecke von Dubai nach Thailand-Krabi. Es gab keine Kissen, keine Decken, keine Filme bzw. die sollte man extra bezahlen. Genauso Soft-Getränke und Alkohol oder Kaffee. Frühstück gab es auch nicht. So etwas schlechtes habe ich noch nie erlebt.
