Pathetic airline
Pathetic airline. Poor customer services. Extremely unruly crew. The crew will refuse to provide you meal even when it is included with your ticket. And if you decide to complain, the response time on their online customer services centre is so slow it takes ages. Save yourself from headache and fly with a better airline.

I frequently fly from Zanzibar simply because there is no alternative. FlyDubai has always been very basic—uncomfortable seating, poor service—but I tolerated it since they were at least punctual. Recently, however, not a single flight has been on time. Today’s flight was delayed by 2 hours and 40 minutes with no apology, causing me to miss my connection. We were stuck on the plane for 8 hours, given only 100 ml of water and a terrible meal.
On my last flight, we had to wait two hours in Dubai, and on the flight before that, my suitcase was broken into. Things are really getting worse. On top of that, Terminal 2 is unbearable on busy days—there aren’t even enough facilities to handle the passengers.

Expérience catastrophique avec Flydubai. Le check-in en ligne, de notre vol Colombo–Dubaï–Bâle du 18 août 2025 a été annulé sans explication, nos billets revendus, et la communication de la compagnie inexistante. Nous avons dû passer deux nuits imprévues à Colombo, attendre des heures pour un vol alternatif, puis subir des frais supplémentaires pour un train à notre charge.. Finalement, nous sommes arrivées 48h après la date prévue. Une compagnie à éviter absolument.

Fly Dubai si distingue solo per la totale mancanza di professionalità: gli orari dei voli vengono cambiati all’ultimo momento senza alcuna considerazione per i passeggeri, il check-in online è quasi sempre inutilizzabile, i bagagli si perdono regolarmente e il servizio clienti è inesistente.
Ho avuto anche l’esperienza assurda di chiedere di recuperare un oggetto dimenticato a bordo pochi minuti dopo l’atterraggio: risposta secca e zero disponibilità.
Le hostess non hanno alcuna formazione di customer care: arrivano perfino a svegliare i passeggeri per servire i pasti, ignorando le indicazioni chiaramente impostate sui monitor (“do not disturb”).
Un volo con Fly Dubai significa stress, inefficienza e mancanza totale di rispetto per chi paga un biglietto. Da evitare assolutamente.
Stress free family travel
We had a wonderful fight experience with our 2 year old. The plane felt safe and comfortable, with tasty food and plenty of entertainment options for everyone. The crew was amazing with our little one handling all our request special attention to our kid. In both our journey we were lucky to have extra legroom seat at the start of the aircraft behind business class . Which gave our toddler space to stretch out and play and letting us relax. Overall the service made us very happy and turned our travel into a truly pleasant part of my trip.

Fly Dubai Does Not Has 24 X 7 calle centre to assist international travellers.
We tried to contact them for some information as the staff on delhi airport stopped us for baggage although on there website they already mentioned that 30 kgs can be taken into 2 to 3 pcs of Luggage. But to our surprise this airline does not have any customer support call centre where we could talk and resolve the issue. This is very irresponsible and careless and unprofessional business ethics.
Comfy journey with flydubai
I recently took a trip with them, and it was fantastic from start to finish. The flight left on time, the seats were comfortable, and the food exceeded my expectations. I noticed they had more legroom compared to other airlines. Which made journey even better . The stewards were attentive and helpful throughout. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience that I’d happily repeat.
Prima e ultima volta
Aeromobile piccolo x tratte lunghe (tra le 5 e le 6h), con posti molto stretti e scomodi. Intrattenomento e bevande a pagamento, pasti appena appena accettabili (vegetariano indiano), freddo intenso senza alcuna coperta né cuscino,tragitti da gate a d aereo di non meno di 10 minuti a Dubai (aerei in zona lontanissima dal terminal), personale discretamente gentile. Prezzo comunque decisamente elevato in relazione alla prestazione offerta (servizi, spazio, etc). Esperienza prima e credo ultima!!!

Volo BERGAMO - ZANZIBAR : È stata la mia prima esperienza con FlyDubai. Personale poco professionale, abbiamo patito il freddo per tutto il viaggio senza possibilità di ricevere una coperta (dimenticatevi anche i più semplici accorgimenti/ kit , mascherina occhi, coperta ecc nulla. Pur trattandosi di un viaggio di svariate ore pagato profumatamente )
Posti MOLTO stretti, forse anche più stretti di alcune famose compagnie lowcost italiane. Aggiungo che c'è stata poca chiarezza nella consegna dei pasti. Durante il volo di andata non ci è stato consegnato il pranzo, nel viaggio di ritorno è stato consegnato in modo "casuale" , alla mia amica posizionata nella fila davanti a me sì a me, posizionata nella fila successiva no.
È un extra a pagamento ? Non lo è? Non si è capito insomma.
PS: Se non siete disposti ad acquistare sul volo i film, consiglio di scaricarne un po' prima del viaggio.

Lot Dubaj - Warszawa 15 sierpnia. Na zewnątrz 45 stopni. Po boardingu siedzieliśmy i czekaliśmy w upale prawie godzinę, bo nie dowieźli kilku walizek i coś tam jeszcze majstrowali przy samolocie. W ramach pocieszenia podali wodę w 100 ml plastikowych pudełeczkach. Steward strasznie bucowaty. Na pewno więcej nie skorzystam.

The worst airline on the planet !!! Yes...Please dont take this airline unless u want to spend 2 or more days on the airport, literally sleeping in a room above the duty free shops and totally forgotten, as if u dont exist or as if u were kidnapped and thrown in prison.
This is exactly what happened to my husband who was flying from Riyadh to Beirut with Flydubai so the transit was in Dubai: his plane got delayed from 2:30 am till 4:30 am and before they departed they knew that there is no more another flight at 7am in Dubai when they will arrive because it got cancelled and the worst part is that it got postponed to the next day at 7pm which means 48 hours later!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do u want to hear about the compensation???? Well it's just a room where he spent 2 entire days above the duty free and telling them: you will have breakfast lunch and dinner!!! What a compensation is this???? It's not even 1% compensation it's a total disrespect from a disrespectful airline that i don't know why it's still working!!!!!!
Do you know that the people u kidnapped for 2 days have families waiting? Job waiting? commitments, meetings appointments weddings son's birthday daughter graduation or even funeral?????????
Let's say this happened somewhere in this world with a disrespectful airline like u, at least at leassssst a compensation like another flight for free would be given to these passengers or a sum of money refunded!!!! At least!!!
Let's not forget the disrespectful impolite employees that u have at the airport: after 48 hours of detention, they are asked rudely to weight their handbag because it weighted 1 kg more than the authorized and this 1kg was goods bought on your duty free dear Dubai!!!
What a shame really! How could u even still act wrong with these people who had more than ENOUGH?
And let's not forget that these passengers were also left 48 hours without their luggage where they have their clothes so they showered then slept and spent 2 days with the same clothes!!!!! This is pure humiliation!!!!
I know that this review will not give back my husband his right but it will at least let people avoid doing the same mistake and take this airline!!
This airline was the worst you can fly in
This airline was the worst and what they have done is just illegal and stupid. My dad was coming to visit us for only 3 days. We were all excited and wanted to enjoy the most of it because it was only for 3 days.
The first flight was supposed to fly at 2 am from Riyadh,Saudi Arabia and ended up flying at 4:30 am which is already unacceptable doing this in the middle of the night. 2nd flight is supposed flying at 7 am but ended up NOT FLYING THE SAME DAY because it is the first flight that was delayed for 2 hours ruined the whole schedule and the 2nd flight flew the 2nd day.
THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE, DELAYING A FLIGHT FOR APPROXIMATELY 36 HOURS. SOMETHING I HAVE NEVER SEEN ! THE WORST PART OF IT IS THAT FIRST OF ALL MY DAD IS ALREADY TIRED FROM NOT SLEEPING THE NIGHT.
SECOND OF ALL, THEY MADE HIM STAY 2 DAYS IN THE AIRPORT HOTEL WHICH IS MORE THEN THE HALF OF THE DAYS HE TOOK TO LEBANON . HE HAD TO WEAR THE SAME CLOTHES AFTER SHOWERING BECAUSE HE DID NOT HAVE HIS LUGGAGE.

I was on service room she knock very hard and yelling.
I ask her name she said Marry but can’t see her name on her dress .
She is very tall short hair and African.

Mistreatment by Flydubai Cabin Crew – Miss Jenifer Chu – Urgent Attention Required
Upon boarding the aircraft, I realized that I had lost my phone. A friend called my number, and someone answered, informing us that it had been found and was with security at the checkpoint. I immediately informed a cabin crew member, who kindly offered to check with her manager. However, when she returned after speaking with Miss Jenifer Chu, I was told there was nothing they could do.
Miss Jenifer Chu showed no empathy or willingness to assist. Instead, she coldly gave me two unacceptable options: either to exit the aircraft to retrieve the phone and take the next flight (which was in 4 days), or to proceed without it. This was shocking and extremely upsetting, especially as my phone held my bank cards, work contacts, and personal data.
While I was being dismissed by the cabin manager, two Italian ground staff approached to deliver documents. I pleaded with them for help, and unlike the Flydubai crew, they showed compassion. They took immediate action, contacted the security team, and even got permission from the pilot to delay slightly while retrieving the phone. Thanks to their efforts and the pilot’s support, my phone was returned just in time.
Miss Chu, on the other hand, stood by without taking any meaningful action. She ignored my tears and pleas, repeatedly saying “sorry, we can’t help,” and made it clear she preferred I deboard the plane rather than assist in solving the issue. Her cold and indifferent behavior was deeply distressing and unprofessional.
To make matters worse, I had prepaid for a meal on board which I never received, adding to the poor service.
This experience was one of the worst I have ever had with any airline, and I am honestly still shaken by the lack of support and humanity shown by your cabin manager. I strongly urge Flydubai to:
1. Investigate the behavior and handling of the situation by Miss Jenifer Chu.
2. Commend and recognize the Italian ground staff and the pilot, who truly saved the situation with their kindness and quick thinking.
3. Review and improve protocols for emergency or lost-item situations, especially during boarding.
I hope to receive a formal apology and to know what steps Flydubai will take to ensure that no other passenger has to go through such an emotionally exhausting and preventable ordeal.
Never again
Had two 6h long flights, connecting in Dubai with a 2 hour layover. First flight delayed by an hour. Landed miles away from terminal and then took a 20 minute bus ride to the terminal, during which a woman fainted from the 40 degC heat and lack of A/C. Had to run for over a kilometer in the terminal to catch the connecting flight. No assistance was provided. Only to get on another 12min long shuttle bus journey to the aircraft. In flight movies requires you to pay a premium, likewise with food and drinks. Avoid like the plague!
I came 10 minute before the gate…
I came 10 minute before the gate closure as stated on their email, and as not enough clients they decided to close earlier and let the airplane take the fly.
When I came there, they closed the gate and cancelled my flight.
Wasted $1000.

Terrible.. ive travelled with other commercial airlines, unfortunately the service and quality of this airline is deteriorating, last time i travelled less than a month ago, smell of petrol, no announcement from the captin, thw long delays and insult frol other passenger who is racist who unfortunately was no taken seriously.. you need to improve as youre carrying dubai name.. i wish you the best but unless i hear good news i will not travel and will try my best not to have connection with your airline as this was mt worst experience travelling.
The flight was disappointing
The flight was disappointing — the aircraft was in bad condition, seats were cramped The food was horrible and disgusting, completely inedible. The crew service was also unprofessional and uninterested. Overall, not worth the money. I wouldn’t fly with FlyDubai again unless they make major improvements.
