These guys are fraud and no need toâŠ
These guys are fraud and no need to book the tickets from this travel agency.
I booked my ticket from them , tickets was cheaper and I was very happy but unfortunately my flight was missed , when I contacted with relevant person to cancel he said that we canât cancel and then I contacted with airline helpline , they cancelled my ticket and they said we will send your money to your ticket agency.
If these guys are processional, then they can provide me evidence and itâs my right that how much they got the refund from airline.
They gave me only 51£ without any evidence.
This is rude behaviour and fraud with us, if we are paying full ticket payment then itâs responsibility of travel agency to provide us evidence that how much they refund from airline.

Scam Scam Scam bewareâŠ
One of the worst company i have ever dealt with. I always book my flight from direct airlines website and never had issues. One of my friends recommended them as they were cheap for him. I rung them and gave them my requirements (Airport and Dates) they gave price and I agreed. They booked it for me took the payment and when they send me a ticket dates and airport was wrong on it. Call them back they canât find my local airport (Manchester) they said London available on the way back so I agreed. They booked London Gatwick without my consent with the same price. They lied to me not to tell me about Gatwick Airport. When i checked on online flight with same dates it showing £400 cheaper. When i ask them to change it they refuse to change it. They will misguide you will lie to you and charge you lot of money. Scam Scam Scam bewareâŠ
