Primera vez que uso esta página y todo exelente, transferí dinero desde España y se lo entregaron a mi madre en La Habana, Cuba. Servicio seguro y eficiente. Recomendado 100%.

And If you could and as I am 81 years old I would prefer that you hold all my details that I use to confirm a payment as I find putting in all the same details longwinded and tedious and as I constantly make small mistakes then have start over again .however as I said thank you again for all your help and support

Once I understood the process, it was easy. Now I just need to wait and see if the recepient can get the funds.

Me animo a poner mi experiencia, porque entiendo que ayuda a otra gente a conocer dónde va a gastar su dinero. Dicho esto, habré usado fonmoney unas 8 veces en el último año y medio. El envío es a Cuba, siempre de 10. La última vez ésta semana, di la orden el lunes y el miércoles el dinero estaba en la casa. Qué puedo decir?, Gracias.
Es en La Habana, el resto de la isla entiendo que tiene que haber más dificultades.

Ce que j'aime avec Fonmoney, c'est qu'ils trouvent une solution s'il y a un changement. Il y a toujours une personne pour nous répondre et nous aiguiller. Ils nous donnent le choix aussi de déplacer l'endroit pour recevoir l'argent ou de se faire rembourser, si c'est impossible de livrer où c'était prévu à cause des pénuries diverses.

Non riesco a capire come possono essere veritiere queste recensioni positive, quando (e non sono l'unico)qualche giorno fa ho inviato dei soldi che servono per assistere mi madre molta anziana (90 anni), e ancora oggi FONMONEY non ha fornito una risposta del motivo per il quale non è avvenuta la consegna, anzi sono spariti, trovo sia molto vergognoso che fa accendere tanti campanelli di allarme.AGGIORNO: inizia male, ma per fortuna finita bene , nel pomeriggio di lunedì sono stati consegnati i soldi, ragazzo GENTILE, DISPONIBILE al momento della consegna, posso dire solo grazie, con la speranza che le prossime volte non ci siano intoppi, GRAZIE

Nachdem es im Rahmen des automatischen Prozesses bei einer Transaktion eines höheren Betrages ein Problem mit der Verifizierung gab, konnte nun alles abschließend gelöst werden. Ich bin sehr dankbar.

Muy contenta con el servicio de entrega, me gusta mucho la compañía, son muy serios y trabajan muy bien, siempre llega la entrega en efectivo, si tienes dudas ellos te responden sin ningún problema y si te resuelven. Yo estoy muy contenta lástima que ya no tienen habilitada mi Municipio Camajuani Villa Clara pero cuando estaba habilitado era muy cómodo y era de ayudad para la familia. Lo recomiendo. Having promised to deliver to my wife after giving them her address Fonmoney is now trying to caveat their failure.
Treating customers like children is very, very irritating but typical of banks in general and certain European nationals in particular.
Be very cautious about promises of transfers in cash to Cuba
Now Fonmoney are trying to say that my wife is at fault this despite the CLEAR advertising promise that they're going to deliver to the recipient's home address.
Fonmoney seem to believe that they have no need to perform to their promises and my wife's expectations are unreasonable.
