Their very quick response to my questions on a problem that as it turned out my Bank was the problem.
They rejected my transaction.
I have found fonmoney to deliver cash in Cuba to be fast, within 3 days.

Yo hace un año y medio fonmoney esta muy bien funcionando muy bien pero yo soy sordo en España y ella era sorda. Pero no puedo llamar teléfono porque no puedo escuchar y entonces puedo yo escribe correo o puedo escribir wattsaps. Gracias por todo

I recently have sent money to a friend in Cuba through Fonmoney . Within 2-3 days the money arrived to her . I had a question that I emailed to customer service, and within less than 24 hours I add a response. I will continue to use this service in the future .

Here’s the breakdown of my experience.
Had sent money previously with no issues.
Attempted to send money to the same friends who didn’t have food with the same information.
5 days later was informed that it wouldn’t go through. Not sure why it took that long.
Contacted support and the customer service did not have a good attitude.
They asked to confirm the receivers info. I said I would work on it but that I hadn’t heard from them in a couple days due to power and internet issues.
The customer assistant misinterpreted my message and the attitude got worse. Due to the major time zone difference I was staying up late to respond to customer service as quickly as I could to try to get things resolved.
The issue did end up being a typo on my part so I’m not sure how it went through previously and the rep corrected it and said that it should go through.
It took about 36 hours from that point for the receiver to get the funds.
In that time the rep continued to message in a poor tone.
So they did do their job that they’re paid to do and did resolve the issue however that doesn’t excuse the 5 days to even recognize that there was an issue and the attitude from their customer service. It was completely unnecessary.

Seems like a secure site. Medium easy to fill everything. This is my first transaction, hopefully I will use it again.

Unable to transfer funds, all my details there, completed beneficiary details and when i say pay it stays on the beneficiary page. Not letting me pay. No clear instructions. What is scary is that when i looked at the transaction log, all my attempts are there is a queue!!! Have emailed and they ask for part of my card number but i haven’t even got to the payment stage. Feeling very financially exposed I thought i would deleted all transactions not sent; cannot find a button for this. So thought I would delete the account and I cannot find an option for this.

En el momento no estoy muy contento.llevo 5 días de haber enviado un dinero a mi familia y no lo an recibido aún. E enviado varios correos electrónicos a fonmoney y no contesta. Espero sinceramente una respuesta.
