As a beginner investor, 2021, I read the educational material and was directed as to how to set up a sound portfolio and how to keep it solid. It is still working for me today.

I have also found the support staff to be very responsive and helpful. I had no trouble being a fool with The Motley Fool.

The Motley Fool provides excellent research of companies across all sectors. I find the information they provide is presented well. I am enjoying adding many of their recommendations to my portfolio.

I've been a member for 6 years and have subscribing to several services and I just renewed my subscription to Market Pass which bundles most of the services I'm interested in. Overall, I'm happy with the services and guidance provided. I also find the support top notch.

Over the last 4 years I’ve been learning from the great folks at motley fool Canada, how to think about stocks and position size and of course diversification. I’d recommend to anyone interested in learning more about investing, a never ending journey…

For the price, Stock Advisor Canada has given me a lot of good avenues, stock recommendations and market analysis over the years, all in a bit of a humorous and contrarian vein, which I have enjoyed and appreciated. My subscription has helped me build my understanding of the markets and confidence as an investor. The Weekly Reviews and special online webinars on investment themes and trends have always been informative; the portal, with its various stock recommendations, is a go-to, and last but not least, the customer service has been friendly, hassle-free and quick. Great service and a great team. Very helpful and responsive in person to account queries and requests. Good insights to Canadian markets that is not always easy to find.

The historical performance that they sell you on might be true technically but don't expect the same results. They would say how there returns were since inception (2002) and that the goal is beat s&p500 if you hold the recommended stocks long enough. I believed them and invested in their recommendations for 2 years now. Returns were very average and below S&P 500 and I know it's not 5 years yet. But then I did my own historical analysis of their recommendations from last 5 years and back tested it against S&P500. Here's the results : I would have made 15% more profit if I had just invested in S&P500 instead of their picks. And that too after paying them 150$ every year for subscription.
And they would keep marketing to sell their higher cost subscriptions. They are not scam, but their performance does not beat S&P500, so not worth the subscription.

I was a member for a few years when I was actively managing my investment portfolio. I found the service and the information provided very helpful to aid my decision making. The live sessions provided were fun and informative, helping connect the dots from financial reports and what we saw in the news. I found the presenters/owners of the company very relatable, down to earth, genuinely trying to add value and be of service. Also noteworthy, the customer support was first class, answering quickly any website or account questions. I recommend the service, and would use it again if I need that type of investment advice in the future.

I was having technical problems accessing some of Motley Fool's services. Over 3-4 days the IT personnel made numerous suggestions. They were finally able to restore my access. They walked me through the entire process.... Thanks so much .....

I subscribed so I could see how the platform looked. I was actually thinking of joining. Something came up and the money I was going to invest got tied up. After about a week and 4-5 daily notifications teasing me about how inexpensive it was to join, I unsubscribed. That's when the spam and international calls started..
2 weeks now!! 12-15 calls per day. They sold my information. Now I leave my phone on silent and only people who leave a message get a call back. SUPER ANNOYING!!!!

I reached out to Member Support at Motley Fool, by email, for help with my subscription renewal. Support was excellent and my issue was resolved in less than 15 minutes. By using email I thought this would be a slow process but I was pleasantly surprised to experience just the opposite.

I interacted with Natalie and within a few hours she answered all my questions and proactively helped with my renewal. Support was excellent and response time was also very good.

I have been a Fool for 6+ years and have greatly benefited from their approach to investing. Hidden Gems Canada with Jim G is my go to for my long term investments. Nick S, Ian, Nathalee P are fantastic as well. I can honestly say that I am richer, smarter and happier in 6 years : )) Btw, their response rates on queries is amazing. Super useful.

I’ve been an active user of the various services provided by Motley Fool since 2017/18. The group of analysts and the CEO are down to earth and genuine in their research and discussions. They always respond to all service questions that you may have except of course personal advice. The service has high ethics and standards.

I've been a Fool for several years now and I can't say enough about the customer service they provide. They always respond quickly, professionally and with the right answers to help.

I've been using Motley Fool for about 5 years and am very impressed with the info they provide. This is NOT a get rich quick site, slow and steady wins the race. I'm up almost 30% this year based mostly on their recommendations which is great. They are very quick to respond to any questions/concerns I have via their support site which is most impressive. Thanks Motley Fool and keep up the good work!!

Very solid product a bit pricey but very solid

Amazing company with detailed and credible research and recommendations for your stock portfolio. Any issues that you might have are responded very quickly from customer service department. I’ve been a member for a few years.
