I had the best experience with Foothaven. It was my first time purchasing from them, I was amazed with their product and their customer support was so patient and helped me with my concern.

I purchased a pair of Birks from these guys 2 weeks ago and have been requesting a return label as I found out they were fake and also the wrong size. I have been emailing them pretty much every day for a return label. Someone named Anna emails me once a week with the most generic response. When is my return label coming? Do not buy from this company I cannot believe I spent $300 on a fake pair of Birks! I've also reported them to the ACCC.

My experience ordering through FootHaven has been nothing short of extremely disappointing and frustrating.

I ordered these Birkenstock Bostons a total of 5 months ago as a Christmas present. I still have not received the shoes. I have followed up with multiple emails and have received inaccurate updates telling me it should be shipped with a week or two, still no shoes or shipping updates.

I have now been waiting to hear back from FootHaven for nearly a month since the last correspondence. I have also tried to communicate via live chat with nil response. I am incredibly disappointed with this and have no idea what’s going on with my order.

Scam of a business.

I bought I pair of Birkenstocks at the start of the month and received no tracking and only 1 generic customer service email.

Lodged numerous complaints but received nothing not until I lodged a complaint with my bank and finally got a refund.

Very very disappointed in the people behind this.

I’ve spent years buying shoes online, and honestly, most brands either fall apart or disappear when something goes wrong. FootHaven genuinely surprised me. The quality feels premium — not just ‘good for the price’ , and they actually follow through if there’s an issue.

What really stood out? They respond. They fix things. No runaround, no scripts. Just straight answers and real service. It’s rare these days, and I don’t say that lightly.

They’ve earned my trust.. and that’s not easy.

After looking deeper into customer feedback, I see that this brand has some serious issues. Many people have reported delayed orders, missing items, and a complete lack of response from customer service. The positive reviews feel misleading compared to the number of unresolved complaints.

This shit is ass

Customer service is all lip service. They owe me a refund for shoes not delivered which they don’t deny. 6 months later still no refund and their answer is do a chargeback. Totally unacceptable and I would suggest you don’t deal with them.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. This company is truly diabolical. Order placed Dec 2024 constant delay tactics for over 2 months. Opened an investigation with my bank who after 2 months requested a chargeback from Foothaven, the shoes were shipped the very day they received that request, received the shoes the next day, they appear like the real thing but with all the other reviews it’s impossible to know. I want to return these for a refund out of spite but have also read other reviews that said that process was also drawn out. Disgusting that a business in Australia can operate like this. Will be reporting to the ACCC as well. That’s the key if you haven’t received your shoes open an investigation with your bank

I came from up work , this is a scam , they tell approach you for the data entry job but the only assign you for the fake review for foothaven then they say to give you work but they don't contact you

Scam. Don't waste your time and money. Got the Bostons and they are counterfeit, read the card and there are spelling errors on it. Confirmed with Birkenstock they sold counterfeits and ACCC is attempting to shut them down.

Please save yourself the stress and hassle

I am still waiting for a refund after returning my shoes in early January. The customer service is absolutely appalling. Do not buy from this store. You will be wasting your time and money. I would leave no stars if that was possible

They contacted me via Upwork pretending to have work and they asked me to leave a 5 star review then updating it to make it legit.

It is very obvious that they have people doing ‘GOOD’ reviews for them. They are 100% a scam and unfortunately there seems To be nothing we can do. DO NOT purchase off foothaven. Goods do eventually arrive but are FAKE!! Paid over $200 for shoes I could buy from Kmart for $20.

Seems like a solid brand. The reviews speak for themselves - there’s a real sense of authenticity, and it actually feels like they care about their customers.

I Don’t Usually Leave Reviews But…
Honestly? I wasn’t even gonna write anything but this whole order got me tight. Shipping was way longer than expected — said 3–5 days, showed up in almost 8.
When the box finally got here, it was dented like someone sat on it. Already ready to email support and ask for a refund. But I’ll give credit where it’s due, they actually replied fast. Gave me express shipping for next time + offered a partial refund. Didn’t expect that.
The shoes? Way better than I thought. Stitching was clean, looked just like the pictures authentic etc. Fit nice. They’re comfortable too, I’ll admit that. I just wish the first impression wasn’t so messy.
Still annoyed, but yeah — not a scam, not garbage. Just needs to tighten up the delivery side. Product’s solid.
Box: ruined.
Shoes: really good.
Support: surprisingly helpful.
Shipping: trash.
