Complete scam. Selling counterfeit products. Purchased ‘Birkenstocks’ that came nearly 3 months late. Contacted Birkenstock and they also confirm that FootHaven aren’t a authorised stockist of Birkenstocks. The shoes came and they had an overpowering smell of chemicals.
Filled out a return form at the beginning of March and I’m yet to receive an address to return the shoes too.
PLEASE DON’T USE FOOTHAVEN. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!

SCAMpany. They just want you to leave reviews for this awful sht. approched me using upwork and will never hire you though you already did what they asked.

A thorough analysis of customer feedback suggests poor policy implementation or a lack of therein. With a 48 % (1)rating , there are serious trust issues with the customer base. This is highlighted by serious allegations of no delivery on goods ordered and a lack of customer support
UPDATE Upon further reviews , I noticed mixed reviews about delivery times, with some customers praising the product quality but mentioning occasional delays. Customers highlight the quality of their products and the excellent service they receive. My initial negative impression has been changed! The brand seems to be addressing past issues, and recent feedback is more positive.

Update: Stock update… pls.
Feels like everyone’s going through the same thing. I’ve been trying to buy my fave pair and it’s always out of stock. I check, I refresh, I wait — nothing. :((

Would love if they updated stock in real-time. No point getting my hopes up if I can’t actually check out.

I saw some other review about delivery time that won't match a certiain schedule, this makes me worrying about ordering that mess up my schedul.

I noticed some mixed feedback about delivery times issues and concerns as well. I also noticed about quality of the products and missing products. Im Curious how they handle their customer concerns and provide their customer support.

After looking deeper, I found their support team is actually very responsive and the product is high quality.

I noticed based on customer reviews that Foothaven really take great care in offering high-quality products to the customers. However, there seem to be some issues with the delivery process and customer service. The delivery took longer than expected, and there was a lack of communication regarding the status of orders. Additionally, when customers reached out to customer service for assistance, the response was delayed and not very helpful.

Is Foothaven addressing these areas to enhance the overall customer experience?

Update:
After looking at further information, Foothaven had indeed few delivery concerns. But, this was primarily because of high demand of there products. There was also a report that some postal service, had some delivery disruptions which may have affected Foothaven which relies on their services. Nevertheless, there still continued high demand of their products, which shows that customers still trust their brand.

After looking deeper, I found that the customer care team is very good, they support me deeply. Product is also a very good and high quality.

Some people mentioned concerns on missing items and delays, but they are easy to contact and are helping with resolving issues.

Will provide an update once everything is wrapped up.

Good quality
I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the shoes arrived in great condition. They feel supportive and look just as pictured. Took about a week to arrive, which is fine. I’ve worn them a few times now — no blisters, no issues. Simple, reliable, and comfortable.

SCAM. They did approach me on Upwork pretending they have a data entry job but they just asked me to leave a good review here.

Amazing platform

I have been using Foothaven for years and have never once been disappointed. 10/10

I find this to be misleading, and I would encourage others to be cautious when considering job offers from this company. It’s important for freelancers to be treated fairly, and this experience left me feeling misled.

I can't find the right fit for my shoe size.

I bought a pair of birkenstock and they never arrived. They wouldn't reply to my emails or calls, I had to deal with the bank to get my money back after couple of weeks.

Don´t waste your time and money here.
