I had seen Fordys advertisements everywhere about it being "driving school of the year" but unfortunately I had a really bad experience with the company. They sent me a new unexperienced driving instructor who didn't seem to know what he was doing. I wasn't allowed to drive back home even, despite having done 20+ hours previously. I only got a lesson from this company because of my instructor going away for a few months. My first lesson in this new car took me on the motorway- a huge shock!! The instructor didn't know any test routes or even how to get to the test centre. Huge disappointment and a waste of money including £10 for the app which won't be used again.

Dave was an amazing instructor, so patient and calming! Not only that he became an ear for me each week and was very easy to talk to and be taught by. He was rooting for me to get through my test as soon as possible AND I PASSED TODAY!
Will 100% recommend to everyone!

I started learning with Fordys a couple months ago with Rob and he’s tought me everything i need to know going forward with driving. Would definitely recommend

Amazing company, driving instructor dave was brilliant, helped me pass first time and an amazing guy in general but also in ensuring you pass. 100% recommend!!

David has been a really patient and good instructor. Would definitely recommend if you need your confidence boosted and supported.

To put it quite simply, Fordydriving school is ‘Outstanding’.

Jack was my sons driving instructor and from day 1, I was very impressed with the level of individual, focused attention Zac received.

The fordydriving school smartphone application was excellent, offering easy access to fantastic reading materials (top tips/videos) on how to improve your driving /pass your test) and it was great to see how the instructors utilised the smart app to provide insights on my sons progressions - very cool.

In today’s busy world, flexibility is key and Jack was very supportive when I asked for help/assistance on logistics (timings/pick up points).

Most importantly, my son feet very comfortable with Jack and he always look forward to lessons, Jack is clearly skilled at communicating with teenagers (something which I’m still learning to do:).

After three months of weekly lessons with Jack, Zac passed his driving test first time with just one single minor fault….I'm under no illusion that because of Jacks tutoring.

Very happy I found fordy school, they’re excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending them…

No pressure Jack, now you have my second teenager to sort out:)

I did my driving lessons with Gary and was an excellent driving instructor. Made me comfortable and made me feel confident in the car. He was always ready to answer my questions and give me extra lessons when needed. Kept talking in the car making me feel more comfortable when learning. I managed to pass my theory first time and my practical first time with only one minor!!!!

I was very lucky to get Muhammad Ammar as my instructor. Worked with me closely and very patiently and allowed me to be the best I could be very happy and thankful and couldn’t reccomend him enough .

I would 100% refer fordys to anybody! Rob has helped me in the best way possible with all my needs and i passed my test today with 2 minors only being with him 3 months. I’m not the most confident person with strangers but Rob definitely knew how to make the experience better and more comfortable!

I highly recommend connor! He’s very calm and is very clear on his instructions on what you should do. He has made me confident to be on the road.

I had Matt as an instructor, one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Filled me with confidence after every setback and always stuck with me through Everything. Really feel as if I made a mate for life on our journey.

i had donna as an instructor after having a not so good one and it was the best decision ever! she taught so well and i understood everything so much better! don’t think i could’ve passed without her

My son just passed his test today. From his first lesson with Matt to the very last today, he had him relaxed and reassured throughout. We couldn’t have hoped for a better learning experience and he passed first time with only 3 minors 🌟 . Great driving school and Matt is a great instructor - thanks for everything.

Passed today with Matt. Honestly the most down to earth relaxed person I have ever met. Thank you Matt for everything you have done to get me to this point. Couldn’t recommend Matt and Fordy’s to anyone who is learning to drive
