Apart from initially receiving half of the order wrong, which I completely understand accidents happen, this is probably one of the best retail experiences I’ve had with a company, after a quick email they responded so swift in incredible and professional response. They sent me out the right mini super fast and onto the miniatures themselves, as amazing as the customer service! One of the best quality Miniatures I’ve ever received, the resin is top notch and where as I’ve had resin minis in the past that can be flimsy and extra fragile, these had a sturdy ness to them that is really impressive! Super easy to put together as these ones I ordered are all in one piece. Honestly a massive thank you to forge master minis, it’s in the name 💪 I very much look forward to my next purchase as there is no doubt I will be using you again!!!

Great first time experience. Miniatures were delivered within promised delay, good quality miniatures. Even a small hiccup in the miniatures was solved within the week with free of charge replacements.

The ordered product was just as described, it was promptly shipped, and the communication from forgemaster was quick and clear.

Really quick turnaround with carefully packaged items: figures were cleaned and padded in blister packs whilst the delicate, fiddly heads and animal skulls were wisely left with their supports to avoid damage. Nobody wants to mess about with returns so this is a great compromise.

Miniature was missing army and base thet sent replacement no ? Asked and the quality were great

Excellent strong minis a joy to paint, well packed and protected and great value.

I've ordered from Forgemaster a few times over the years, and they always provide excellent service. When there was a mix-up with one of the products I ordered, Forgemaster were extremely gracious and got a replacement sent over immediately.

More than a few miniatures arrived broken, and in ways that could not be repaired. They took very little care in packing and shipment.
Edit: Forgemaster contacted me after seeing this review. they have replaced every broken mini with a new one very promptly. Excellent customer service.

There’s always a good choice of miniatures available that are of excellent quality at a very competitive price

Ordered the orc warband set that was a little smaller than I was looking for. Got in touch and they were amazing. Exchanged them for new prints, matched in scale to an example mini at mo extra charge. Great communication throughout.

And the prints themselves are the best I've had. As close as you can get to moulded plastic. Really impressive.

Beautiful miniatures, exactly as depicted and match perfectly with my other 32mm elves.

Excellent! My go to place for 3d prints. Quality is amazing, prices are really good and delivery was quick, considering items are made to order. Was missing one small piece but a replacement was sent out within a couple days. Highly recommend!
